    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The disclosure provides a method performed by a user equipment (UE), comprising: obtaining configuration information of a reference signal for positioning measurement, wherein the reference signal includes at least one of a first signal for downlink positioning measurement or a second signal for uplink positioning measurement; and performing an operation related to the positioning measurement in a radio resource control (RRC) idle state or a RRC inactive state.

    Abstract: The present application relates to the field of wireless communication technologies, and in particular, to a PDCCH monitoring method, apparatus, electronic device and computer readable storage medium. The PDCCH monitoring method includes: determining PDCCH monitoring configuration on a target active downlink bandwidth part (BWP), after a current active downlink BWP is switched to the target active downlink BWP; performing a monitoring process on the PDCCH based on the PDCCH monitoring configuration on the target active downlink BWP. The present application achieves effective monitoring of the PDCCH on the switched active downlink BWP, saves power consumption of the UE, and ensures timely transmission of data.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). A technique for receiving a downlink control channel is provided that includes operations of determining whether a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) is received at a time-domain position n; determining, according to a result of the determining, a frequency-domain position of a bandwidth part (BWP) for receiving a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) at a time-domain position n+1, and receiving the PDCCH at the BWP of the frequency-domain position. The technique determines the frequency-domain position of the BWP for receiving the PDCCH by determining whether it is necessary to receive the PDSCH at the time-domain position preceding the current time-domain position for receiving the PDCCH, greatly reducing or even eliminating the influence of the adjustment time interval for the user equipment (UE) to convert the BWP on the normal data reception of the UE, which ensures the receiving performance and the throughput level of the received data of the UE.

    The present application discloses a method and device for transmitting a signal. the method comprises: detecting a downlink control channel by a user equipment (UE) using a compact downlink control information (DCI) format; acquiring configuration information by the UE in a preconfigured manner when the UE correctly detected the downlink control channel using the compact DCI format; performing an uplink transmission by the UE based on the configuration information. It is easy for the UE to acquire the scheduled uplink transmission and/or the downlink transmission, and the corresponding feedback information using the compact DCI format to complete the transmission of the corresponding signal.

The detection method comprises: receiving configuration for the resources of control channel on a time unit of an SU; performing blind detection of a downlink control channel for a user on the time unit of the SU according to the configuration information. The present invention can flexibly configure control channel resources and reduce blind detection of a control channel by a terminal, thereby attaining reduction of power consumption caused by blind detection of the control channel by the terminal and load equalization.
