摘要: An organohydrosiloxane composition comprising: a) one or more organohydrosiloxane compounds, each having at least one [—HSiR—O—] unit, wherein R═C1-C18 linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl, C1-C18 linear, branched, or cyclic alkoxy, or substituted or unsubstituted aryl, and b) an antioxidant compound shown in Formula (1) wherein the antioxidant compound is a phenolic compound and is present in a concentration from about 1 ppm to about 5,000 ppm and wherein R1 through R5 can each independently be H, OH, C1-C18 linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl, C1-C18 linear, branched, or cyclic alkoxy or substituted or unsubstituted aryl. The compositions of present invention exhibit stability and significantly extend the shelf life of organohydrosiloxane products and allow greater flexibility in handling these products in chemical processes or semiconductor manufacturing. The resulting stabilization of siloxanes prevents the possibility of complete polymerization (i.e., solidification) of product in chemical delivery lines or valves, which lowers equipment maintenance and costs and reduces time the machinery is out of production.

摘要: In order to provide a modular arrangement, an inverter for an electric traction motor used to drive an automotive vehicle is positioned in proximity with the traction motor. The inverter is located within a compartment adjacent to one end of the electric traction motor and is cooled in a closed system by spraying a liquid coolant directly onto the inverter. The liquid coolant absorbs heat from the inverter and is cooled by a heat exchange arrangement comprising a reservoir with pipes carrying a second coolant from the radiator of the automotive vehicle. In a preferred embodiment, the coolant is collected from the inverter in an annular reservoir that is integral with the compartment containing the inverter. In accordance with one embodiment of the cooling arrangement, heat from the inverter vaporizes the liquid coolant by absorbing heat from the inverter during a phase change from a liquid to a vapor. The vaporized coolant is condensed by a circulating second coolant in pipes connected to the vehicle's radiator through a condenser that is preferably coaxial with the motor and the annular reservoir, which annular reservoir in the second embodiment collects overspray liquid coolant. In order to avoid degrading the inverter, the coolant is a dielectric fluid.

摘要: A method and system for circularly symmetric anisotropic filtering over an extended elliptical or rectangular footprint in single-pass digital image warping are disclosed. The filtering is performed by first finding and adjusting an ellipse that approximates a non-uniform image scaling function in a mapped position of an output pixel in the input image space. A linear transformation from this ellipse to a unit circle in the output image space is determined to calculate input pixel radii inside the footprint and corresponding filter coefficient as a function of the radius. The shape of the footprint is determined as a trade-off between image quality and processing speed. In one implementation, profiles of smoothing and warping components are combined to produce sharper or detail enhanced output image. The method and system of the invention produce natural output image without jagging artifacts, while maintaining or enhancing the sharpness of the input image.

摘要: A fletching system including a sleeve positionable about an outer surface of an arrow shaft and at least one archery vane mounted to an outer surface of the sleeve. The sleeve has an initial inner diameter greater than an outer diameter of the arrow shaft and the sleeve is shrinkable to secure the fletching system to the arrow shaft. Methods for constructing a fletching system include mounting a shrinkable sleeve and at least one archery vane on an outer surface of the shrinkable sleeve and also attaching the fletching system with respect to an archery arrow.

摘要: An archery component mountable with respect to an archery bow. The archery component includes a sensor that senses a movement of an archery arrow with respect to the archery bow and/or a movement of the archery bow. The sensor transmits a signal, upon sensing at least one movement, to a signal processor housed within a body of the archery bow and in communication with the sensor. The signal processor receives the signal and activates the archery component in response to the received signal.
