The rolled state in the width direction is varied by varying a difference in temperature over the width direction of the reduction roll. As a result, it is possible to produce a rolled Mg alloy material whose mechanical properties are locally different in the width direction.

When the parts, provided with the retaining ridges, of the annular part are depressed radially inward of the annular part, the protruded wall sink radially inward from the first outer circumference.

    摘要: A molding device for molding a molded portion of a weather strip has a lower mold, an upper mold, a first sliding mold, a second sliding mold, and a core mold. The core mold has a core body and a core holding portion. The core body comprises a molding part, and insertion parts, into which end parts of an extrusion portion are respectively inserted. The core holding portion extends from only a one-side part of the core body. Cutout portions are formed in parts in which the core holding portion is not present. Convex portions of the second sliding mold are fitted thereinto in what is called a zero-abutment state. Upon completion of molding, the second sliding mold is slid to thereby cause a molded portion to perform relative movement with respect to the core mold. Consequently, the core body can extremely easily be removed from the molded portion.

    摘要: An aluminum chelate-based latent curing agent capable of curing a thermosetting epoxy resin under the condition of relatively low temperature in a short period of time is provided. Furthermore, a method for manufacturing the latent curing agent is provided, in which the curing conditions of the aluminum chelate-based latent curing agent can be controlled relatively easily.The aluminum chelate-based latent curing agent is prepared by reacting an aluminum chelate agent with a silsesquioxane type oxetane derivative in the presence of a water insoluble or poorly water-soluble cellulose ether, whereby latency properties are imparted thereto. This latent curing agent contains a coating layer composed of the water insoluble or poorly water-soluble cellulose ether. Preferably, the surface is treated with an isocyanate compound.
