摘要: An electric double layer capacitor 200 is configured such that a positive electrode 206, a separator 205, and a negative electrode 207 stacked in this order are contained in a container, and a portion between the positive electrode 206 and the negative electrode 207 is filled with an electrolytic solution. A polar plate of one or each of the positive electrode 206 and the negative electrode 207 includes a current collector 201, 203 and a plurality of electrically-conductive fine fibers 202, 204 formed and standing on a surface of the current collector such that one end of each of the fine fibers is electrically connected to the surface of the current collector. A surface of the polar plate is covered with the separator 205, the surface corresponding to the surface of the current collector. The polar plate and the separator 205 are pressure bonded to be integrated with each other. In the electric double layer capacitor using the electrically-conductive fine fiber, such as a carbon nanotube, as an active material, energy density can be increased by densely compressing the active material.

摘要: Introduction service is supported, in order to activate and facilitate community activities. A community management center 1 searches for offered-service information that matches at least partly with an application designated by a coordinator terminal 2, and selects participants specified by detected offered-service information, as introduction candidates. Then, an introduction candidate list that describes private information, desired terms, and possessed value of ticket for each of the selected introduction candidates is displayed on a coordinator terminal 2. When the coordinator terminal 2 selects a participant to be introduced to the applicant, out of the introduction candidates described in the introduction candidate list, then, the private information and the desired terms of selected participant is displayed on a participant terminal 3 of the applicant.

摘要: An integrated circuit includes a trimming signal creating section, disposed downstream of a trimming circuit in which a number of fuses are arranged in alignment, creating a trimming signal corresponding to the trimming value on the basis of a signal output from said trimming circuit and arranges blown object fuses such that every two of the blown object fuses are interposed at least one un-blown fuses in the trimming circuit. An efficient arrangement of blowing points in addition to the above arrangement of blown object fuses can reduce the area occupied by the trimming circuit.

摘要: A toner is provided which is excellent in low-temperature fixability and offset resistance, has a wide fixing temperature range, provides fixed images with high gloss, and can form toner images having high quality. The toner is composed of toner particles having toner base particles each containing a binder resin and a colorant. When the viscosities of each of the toner particles measured at 100° C. and 110° C. by a flow tester heat-up method are represented by η100 (Pa·s) and η110 (Pa·s), respectively, an average variation in viscosity AηT represented by the following equation (1) satisfies the relationship of 0≧AηT≧−0.064: AηT=(log(η110)−log(η100)/(110−100); and  (1) η100 is 15,000 to 40,000 Pa·s.
