    摘要: A method of providing third-generation (3G) communication services using Short Message Service (SMS) messages is disclosed. When there is a request for a communication call to a called terminal by a calling terminal, a service server constructs an SMS message including the called terminal's reception information and 3G content information, and transmits it to the calling terminal. The calling terminal displays the called terminal's reception information, and activates and displays supportable service items. When the voice communication is selected from the service items, the voice communication is performed with the called terminal. When the video communication is selected, the video communication is performed with the called terminal. When the 3G content is selected, the service server in which corresponding 3G content is located is accessed, packet data is transmitted and received, and voice communication is performed with the called terminal.

    摘要: A spatio-temporal random voting scheme is provided that incorporates location distribution, spatial randomness, and temporal randomness in the collection of information from a plurality of sensing devices within the cognitive network. The region is divided into a plurality of sectors, where each sector is a portion of the region. A subset of sectors is selected from the plurality of sectors in the region to provide spatial randomness. A device is randomly selected from each sector in the subset of sectors to provide additional spatial randomness to the information collection process. Temporal randomness may be introduced by randomly selecting a timeslot within a sensing window period in which devices are to scan a frequency spectrum band to determine if a signal energy above a threshold is detected. Sensing reports are then collected from the selected sensing devices and used to determine whether the frequency spectrum band is available or in use.

    摘要: The present invention which relates to a data communication system and method of performing a data service according to a request of a calling party provides processing a data call by subdividing the voice call processing scheme of a mobile switching center depending on whether or not the called party is registered and by inducing a call to be connected to (as) a data call prior to upon processing a voice call. In other words, when a call is originated from any calling party, if a called party is registered with the CPDS as its user, the mobile switching center processes the call as a data call and transmits the information and contents registered by the called party to induce a data communication, and if the called party is not registered with the CPDS as its user, the mobile switching center processes the call as a voice call to induce a speech call. Another embodiment of the present invention enhances the convenience of the calling party by inducing a call to be connected to a data call prior to voice call processing, through a method in which the voice call processing scheme of a mobile switching center is subdivided according to whether or not the calling party is registered with the CPDS and an application program (application) stored in the calling party's terminal is executed. In other words, when a call is originated from a calling party, if he or she is registered with the data service, then the mobile switching center executes an application which is already stored in his or her terminal at the time of registration of service being effected to have the calling party select and utilize the information and contents that are registered by the called party on the application screen of the calling party's terminal, or request a speech call.

    摘要: There is provided a coding/decoding system of bit insertion manipulation line code, which has small increase in bit rate and simple configuration and minimizes DC baseline fluctuations by properly coupling the advantages of mBnB code and bit insertion code in a high-speed optical transmission system using AC coupling. The encoding part of the system inserts a bit for minimizing a disparity of m+1 bit block when a disparity with respect to m-bit input information is a minimum value that the m+1 bit block may have, and inserts ‘0’ when it is not, performing pre-coding. Then, the encoding part manipulates a part of the bits of the pre-coded block to make its disparity have the minimum value, compares the disparity of the pre-coded block with a disparity accumulated, and inverts or non-inverts the block, thus carrying out coding. The decoding part removes the insertion bit from the coded information, inverts the block again when it is inverted during the encoding, and performs a manipulation opposite to the bit manipulation, thus executing decoding.

    摘要: A dust neutralizing and flocculating system used in an air cleaning system for removing contaminants contained in indoor air including a radio frequency generating electrode and an ion generating electrode. Fine particles passing through a moderately efficient filter equipped in the air cleaning system sequentially pass through the radio frequency generating electrode and ion generating electrode. The fine particles are dipolarly magnetized while passing through the radio frequency generating electrode, thereby exhibiting an increased inter-particles attraction. The ion generating electrode adds cations and anions to the fine particles, thereby promoting the flocculation of the fine particles circulating in the room installed with the air cleaning system. By virtue of the promoted flocculations, the particle size of the particles circulating in the room increases. The particles with an increased size are secondarily removed by the filter.
