    摘要： A communication system including a femto base station and a method for controlling access of a User Equipment (UE) in the communication system are provided. The method includes receiving a service request message from the UE and transmitting the service request message to a core network entity within a core network, receiving, from the core network, UE information and Local BreakOut (LBO) service information regarding the UE which is used to provide an LBO service to the UE, and providing the LBO service to the UE using the received information. Thus, a core network controls access of the UE so that the UE can directly access an Internet network through the LBO.

The includes receiving a broadcast data packet from a plurality of cells; storing, if a sequence number of the received broadcast data packet does not fall within a reception window, the broadcast data packet in a buffer and updating the reception window based on the sequence number; determining, if the sequence number of the received broadcast data packet falls within the reception window, whether a broadcast data packet having the sequence number has previously been stored in the buffer; discarding the broadcast data packet, if the broadcast data packet has previously been stored in the buffer; and storing the broadcast data packet in the buffer, if the broadcast data packet has not previously been stored in the buffer.

    摘要： Disclosed is a method and apparatus for transmitting an uplink scheduling request in a mobile communication system. A radio resource controlling node sets a priority for scheduling request retransmission, and cyclically notifies the priority in downlink. A terminal does not retransmit a scheduling request when the highest priority included in the scheduling request to be retransmitted is lower than the lowest priority for scheduling request retransmission. Alternatively, the radio resource controlling node sets scheduling request retransmission cycles (timers) according to priorities, and transmits the cycles in the downlink. The terminal does not retransmit a scheduling request before a cycle (timer) corresponding to the highest priority included in the scheduling request expires after the scheduling request is initially transmitted or retransmitted.

    摘要： A regional access control method is provided in a Mobility Management Entity (MME) for network access for a User Equipment (UE) that performs Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication. An access request message and location information of the UE are received from a base station. The access request message is transmitted to the MME in response to reception of the access request message at the base station from the UE. A location of the UE that is determined based on the location information of the UE, is registered in a Home Subscriber Server (HSS). An allowed list of the UE is obtained from the HSS. It is determined whether the location information of the UE is registered in the allowed list.

    摘要： A method and system in which upon occurrence of a P-CSCF failure, a network sends an IMS reregistration request message to a UE. An S-CSCF or an AS monitors a P-CSCF to detect occurrence of a failure in the P-CSCF. Upon detecting the occurrence of a P-CSCF failure, the S-CSCF or the AS sends a request message for IMS reregistration to the UEs being served by the failed P-CSCF. In this manner, the UE can continuously receive the service even though a failure occurs in the P-CSCF.
