    Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems that enable scheduling of related data transmissions across multiple cells and/or carriers are disclosed. In one example aspect, a method for wireless communication includes processing, by a base station, a first data transmission for a user device on a first serving cell and transmitting, by the base station to the user device, a control message that includes a scheduling information of a second data transmission on a second cell that is different than the first serving cell. The control message indicates whether the second data transmission is a new data transmission or a retransmission of the first data transmission. The method also includes processing, by the base station, the second data transmission for the user device on the second cell according to the scheduling information.

    Abstract: A wireless communication method includes configuring, by a first communication node, a first set of parameters related to random access procedure by a second communication node on a first communication link between the first communication node and the second communication node, and receiving, from the second communication node, a random access signal that uses the first set of parameters on the first communication link. The first communication node also provides wireless connectivity to a third communication node via a second communication link that shares at least some transmission resources with the first communication link. The first set of parameters includes one or more of a random access format, a random access sequence index set, a random access sequence root sequence index, a random access cyclic shift, and random access time-frequency resources.

    Abstract: Provided in embodiments of the present disclosure is a wireless signal transmission method and device. The method includes: in presence of a plurality of sets of wireless signals having different configurations, cascading consecutive symbols in each of the plurality of sets of wireless signals into at least one symbol cascade block, where when lengths of valid symbols in any two sets of wireless signals of the plurality of sets of wireless signals having different configurations satisfy a proportional relationship of n:m, numbers of symbols in symbol cascade blocks of the two sets of wireless signals within a same time length satisfy a proportional relationship of m:n, and n and m are positive integers; and transmitting symbol cascade blocks of the plurality of sets of wireless signals in a preset order.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices related to digital wireless communication, and more specifically, to techniques related to generating a scrambled payload that distinguishes a wireless device using an initialization scrambling sequence. In one exemplary aspect, a method for wireless communication may include generating a scrambled payload, where the scrambled payload is generated using an initialization scrambling sequence that is at least partially based on a preamble index and includes a length of 31 bits. The method also may include transmitting a first message to a communication node during a random access procedure, the first message including the scrambled payload.

    Abstract: Provided are a parameter transmission method and device for interference coordination and an interference coordination method and device. The parameter transmission method includes that: a first Transmission Point (TP) specifies a part of resources in all available resources of the first TP; the first TP defines a set of shared parameters on the specified part of resources, wherein the set of shared parameters are used for performing interference coordination between the first TP and at least one second TP adjacent to the first TP; and the first TP sends the set of shared parameters to the at least one second TP. According to the technical solutions, space-domain Inter-Cell Interference Coordination (ICIC) may be adopted on the basis of a conventional ICIC technology to further enhance a capability of interference coordination between TPs.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for transmitting and receiving a synchronization signal, and a transmission system.     Abstract: A method and system for indicating a transmission parameter are provided in the present invention. The method includes: when multi-user multi-input multi-output (MIMO) data are transmitted, using a newly-added indication signaling in a downlink control information format to indicate different joint encoded parameters when numbers of enabled transport blocks are different. Through adding new indication signaling in the present invention, different joint encoded parameters are indicated during the multi-user MIMO data transmission and the MIMO multi-user transmission based on the demodulation reference signal is supported.
