摘要： A test socket, adapted for connecting the semiconductor package and a printed circuit board comprises a base and a plurality of contacts received in the base. The base has a retaining board defining a plurality of first receiving holes and a positioning board defining a plurality of second receiving holes. The contacts has a contacting portion, an elastic portion and a retaining portion, the elastic portion is disposed between the retaining board and the positioning board and protruding rightward, and the contacting portion extends beyond the elastic portion and defines a acute angle with a horizontal line in a right hand before contacting with the semiconductor package to prevent the contacting portion from scratching with the left inner sidewall of the second receiving hole when pushed downward by the semiconductor package and rotating leftward.

摘要： A cable assembly includes an insulative housing, a number of contacts retained in the insulative housing and a metal shell covering the housing to form a receiving space with the tongue portion for receiving an electrical plug. The housing has a base portion and a tongue portion extending forwardly from the base portion. The contacts consist of two pairs of differential signal contacts and a pair of grounding contacts between the two pairs of differential signal contacts. Each contact has a contact portion. All contact portions are arranged in a row on one side of the tongue portion.

摘要： A card connector includes a first housing extending along a front-to-rear direction and defining a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other in a vertical direction thereof. Multiple groups of terminals are mounted on the first housing with tails projecting out of the first surface. A second housing extends along a transverse direction perpendicular to the front-to-rear direction and is fixed on the first housing. A group of converting terminals are mounted on the second housing with solder tails projecting out of the second surface and connecting portions projecting out of the first surface. A flexible printed circuit defines an input end and an output end thereof. The flexible printed circuit is attached to the first surface of the first housing with the tails of the multiple groups of terminals connecting with the input end and connecting portions of the converting terminals connecting with the output end.

摘要： An extension to USB includes an insulative tongue portion and a number of contacts held in the insulative tongue portion. The contacts have four conductive contacts and a plurality of differential contacts for transferring differential signals located behind/forward the four standard USB contacts along a front-to-rear direction. The four conductive contacts are adapted for USB 2.0 protocol and the plurality of differential contacts are adapted for non-USB 2.0 protocol. The extension to USB is capable of mating with a complementary standard USB 2.0 connector and a non-USB 2.0 connector, alternatively.

摘要： An electrical jumper includes an insulative housing defining a receiving room having an inserting opening through which the pins are inserted to the receiving room and a one-piece terminal member assembled in the receiving room. The terminal member includes two contacts connecting with each other by two connecting portions. Each contact defines a base portion and a pair of elastic arms on two opposite sides of the base portion. The base portion of each contact further defines a rib protruding towards the receiving room. The insulative housing further defines arm portions having hook portions at free ends of the arm portions extending into the receiving room. The arm portions are movable with respect to the insulative housing. The rib and the hook portion resist on two opposite sides of the pin when the pins are inserted in the receiving room.
