Abstract:
A utility hand-piece is adapted for being worn on a hand of a user. The hand-piece includes a body portion adapted for covering at least a portion of the hand, and incorporating at least one fluid channel. A fluid inlet is formed with the body portion and communicates with the fluid channel. A fluid outlet is formed with the body portion and communicates with the fluid channel downstream of the fluid inlet. Upon connecting a fluid source to the hand-piece, fluid is transferred from the fluid inlet through the fluid channel and dispensed from the body portion through the fluid outlet.
Abstract:
A head for applying a product includes a removable member. The member may be used to dispense a product or for massage. The head includes a body that rotates the removable member about an axis of rotation, the removable member being removably coupled to the body; and a part including a movement restriction tab that restricts movement of the removable member along the axis of rotation, the rotation of the removable member being relative to this part. The removable member is configured to be secured to the part independently of its orientation relative to the restriction tab and to be detached from the part by being moved through two movements including a rotational movement and a translational movement. Additionally, the head can be connected to a container and drive mechanism to dispense and massage a product, such as a cosmetic product, into the user's skin.
Abstract:
Described is an exercise tool. More particularly, it is a therapy and exercise tool specifically devised as a foot-therapy and toe-aligning device to align, separate, and stretch toes. The foot-therapy and toe-aligning device comprises a frame with a plurality of posts connected with the frame. The device is formed of an elastic material such that a user may place at least one of the plurality of posts between a user's toes and pull the post to stretch and elongate the post between the toes. Upon release, the elastic material of the post causes the post to attempt to return to its original shape, thereby causing it to expand out and conform its shape to fit snugly against the user's toes. Additionally, the elastic material allows the toe posts to be positioned and maintained at numerous locations between the user's toes for customizable positioning between the toes.

The invention also relates to a packaging and a dispensing member.
Abstract:
An oral hygiene device having, in one embodiment, a unique, peristaltic pump water streaming or jet action; and in another embodiment, a multi-headed toothbrush may also be disposed on the end of a handle on which the jet nozzle or nozzles are disposed.
Abstract:
An oral hygiene device having one or more toothbrushes connected or connectible to the end of a handle, the one or more toothbrushes providing a desirable fit about the teeth and/or gums and/or providing a desirable brushing action. An oral hygiene device hereof may provide for mechanically providing the brushing movements of the professionally recommended manual tooth-brushing method known as the “Bass” or “Modified Bass” technique to thus reduce or eliminate the element of human error associates with the brushing of a user's teeth and gums.
Abstract:
A cosmetic device for improving skin conditions comprises: (i) a fluid-storing portion fluid-tightly storing a fluid therein comprised of a thin material, on a surface of which portion a planar contact surface adapted to contact a skin is formed; and (ii) at least one ultrasonic transducer disposed near or at the fluid-storing portion to propagate ultrasonic waves through the fluid to the skin. The fluid is fluid-tightly stored in the fluid-storing portion and is not in contact with the body. Ultrasonic waves are propagated through the fluid to a skin.
Abstract:
A method for administering a drug to a patient comprises coupling a valve system to the patient's airway. The valve system is configured to prevent or impede respiratory gases from flowing into the lungs for at least some time such that the intrathoracic pressure is less than atmospheric pressure. A drug is introduced into the patient, and the intrathoracic pressure is lowered using the valve system to cause blood to flow into the thorax and thereby increasing vital organ perfusion to enhance the circulation of the drug.
