摘要： A massage chair includes a frame having a base frame and a backrest frame. The backrest frame pivotally couples to the base frame and operates between at least two positions. The backrest frame has a mechanical rotating joint and guide rail. The guide rail splits at the rotating joint when transitioning positions. An extendable footrest frame is included and pivots relative to the backrest frame. A foot massage airbag system includes a plurality of airbags coupled to the extendable footrest frame. An electronic circuit board has an embedded software program for regulating the position of the backrest frame and the footrest frame. Additionally, the electronic circuit board communicates with a compressor and valve to regulate operation of the airbags. Operation of the airbags induces a stretching effect upon a user as the airbags inflate to compress against the user and the extendable footrest frame extends.

摘要： Some adult devices are ostensibly marketed to improve female sexual experience female by offering exercises to address relaxed vaginal muscles from birth, age, surgery etc. and for reducing incontinence. However, such devices suffer from variable placement by the user both in terms of orientation and penetrative depth such that the “results” are not reproducible and captured data used to provide feedback to the user and/or providing visual/audible prompts is flawed. Accordingly, it would be beneficial to provide a device with reproducible placement and data for enhancing the usability/benefit of the exercise regimen. It would be further beneficial for the device to either provide this exercise regime as part of a wider assessment of sexual wellness or as part of a sexual stimulation activity thereby reducing the focus on “exercise” to derive the benefits of improved pelvic muscle control.

摘要： A walker is disclosed providing motorized height adjustment and having U-shaped lower and upper frames, each with left and right members. Both the left and right lower and upper member front ends mutually connect. Both frames are horizontally oriented, with the upper frame generally above the lower frame, which includes wheels. Generally vertical left and right double scissor mechanisms interposed between the upper and lower members maintain the alignment of the upper and lower frames. At least one powered, user-controllable linear actuator with a pneumatic lift spring and position memory raises and lowers the upper frame. The upper frame has three positions: the raised position, ready for a person to use; the lowered position, ready for a person to sit or stand, and collapsed position for storage and transportation. A width adjustment mechanism spreads or contracts the rear ends of the members to best fit any size person.

The support contour transitions into a rolling surface so the ball can be guided out of the rolling track for the rolling surface and then guided back in. A friction means such as a lip and/or friction surface retains the ball in the rolling track. The rolling track is securable relative to the rolling surface via a mount. The adjustment track may have two or more adjustment positions for repositioning along the rolling surface and/or a pivot to adjust a track orientation.
