In order to reduce the entire length of the machine (the injection molding machine), the metering electric motor is exemplified by a hollow built-in type motor, which includes a cylindrical stator, and a cylindrical rotor positioned in the stator.     摘要: An injection drive apparatus for injection molding machines is revealed. Liquid material is fed into a mold smoothly by a material feeding screw of a material feeding mechanism. Then a reaction force is generated to push the material feeding screw when the material feeding hole is nearly full of the material. Thus the material feeding screw and the slide mechanism assembled therewith are pushed to move backward. Later the injection mechanism is driven by the slide mechanism to move and act on the drive screw. Thus the slide mechanism threaded with the drive screw is driven to push the material feeding screw moving forward and squeezing the material for injection molding. Therefore, the load of the motor is reduced dramatically and the yield rate of the products produced by injection molding is increased due to the two-stage action-feeding of the material and squeezing of the material for injection.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for servomotors of an electric injection molding machine includes a motion controlling unit, two driving amplifying units, and two servomotors respectively connected to the driving amplifying units. The motion controlling unit includes two servomotor position controllers both for receiving a first position command, and the driving amplifying units are respectively connected to the servomotor position controllers for receiving a second and third position command. Two position detectors are respectively received in the two screw caps that are mounted to the servomotors for detecting absolute positions of the corresponding screw caps. The screw caps are respectively connected to inputs of the first and second servomotor position controllers to form two screw cap position feedback circuits. The values of the screw cap position feedback circuits are compared to the first position command for being input into the driving amplifying units to drive the corresponding servomotors to act synchronously.

    摘要: The invention relates to a device and method for detecting a force on an injection moulding machine for processing plastic materials. According to said invention, a first element (100) interacting with a mechanical drive and movable at least indirectly thereby in a direction of movement (x) is displaced during said displacement with respect to a second element (200) positioned near the first element (100) or oppositely thereto. A force measuring device (D) is used for determining the force applied on the first (100) and/or second (200) element by the actuation of the injection moulding machine produced by the relative displacement thereof between the first (100) and second (200) elements. A hydraulic chamber whose size is modifiable during the relative displacement associated with a change in pressure of a fluid medium in said hydraulic chamber is firmed between the first (100) and second (200) elements, wherein said change in pressure forms an input signal for adjusting the force or pressure and a pressure-relief valve (30) is used for bypassing the hydraulic medium to a hydraulic medium container (35), when the predetermined or predeterminable presser is exceeded in the hydraulic chamber (10), thereby making it possible to obtain a device and method for detecting a force on an injection moulding machine which makes it possible to determine said force in a favourable alternative manner and simultaneously ensure an overload protection.

    摘要: The invention relates to a drive device (9) comprising a housing (10), a drive shaft (14) which is mounted in the housing (10) and which comprises a shaft axis (15) and a first and a second electric drive (12,13). The drive shaft (14) can be rotated about the shaft axis (15) by means of a drive (12,13) and can be displaced in an axial manner along the shaft axis (15). The drives (12, 13) are aligned on the shaft axis (15) and comprise, respectively, a stator (16,19) and a rotor (17,20). The stators (16,19) are secured to the housing (10). The rotors (17,20) are embodied as hollow shafts and are mounted on the housing (10). The rotor (20) of the second drive (13) is rotationally secured to the drive shaft (14) by means of a linear bearing device (28), and in a manner which enables it to be axially displaced. The rotor (17) of the first drive (12) is rotationally secured to a threaded spindle (27) and is connected in such a manner that it cannot be axially displaced. Said drive shaft (14) is rotationally connected to a threaded nut (29) which co-operates with the threaded spindle (27) and in such a manner that it cannot be axially displaced.     摘要: A drive assembly for rotating and translating a shaft comprising a hollow shaft motor and a fluid cylinder. The hollow shaft motor rotates the shaft and the fluid cylinder moves the shaft lengthwise. The drive is particularly useful in the injection unit of an injection-molding machine. In one preferred embodiment the injection unit includes a hollow electric motor and a hydraulic cylinder. A first cylinder wall of the hydraulic cylinder is joined to a rotor of the hollow motor. A second cylinder wall of the cylinder is connected to a stationary portion of the hollow motor. A piston has two end portions. One end portion of the piston engages the first cylinder wall and the other end portion of the piston engages the second cylinder wall. Means for rotating the piston are attached to the rotor. The means for rotating also permits the piston end portions to slide along the cylinder walls. One channel means provides hydraulic fluid to drive the piston in a forward direction and another channel means provides hydraulic fluid to drive the piston in a reverse direction. Means are provided for attaching an injection screw to the piston. In the preferred arrangement, the cylinder is at least partially situated within the hollow motor.
