摘要: A storage container manufactured from an injection molding process which includes a mold and at least one injector. The mold has a top surface, a bottom wall, a plurality of side surfaces, and at least two separable sections. Where the at least two separable sections are in a closed position, a cavity is formed in the mold. The at least one injector is disposed through at least one of the plurality of sidewalls and further disposed into the cavity. The storage container has a plurality of sidewalls, an upper edge, and a bottom surface. At least one of the plurality of sidewalls of the resulting storage container contains at least one sprue mark.

The predetermined relational expression indicates a relation among the material property value of the resin material, a plurality of injection molding conditions input to an injection molding machine, and a quality parameter related to the quality of the molded article molded by the injection molding machine based on the material property value and the injection molding conditions, and is generated based on data accumulated in the memory in association with the material property value of the resin material, the injection molding conditions, and the quality parameter.

摘要: In a mold clamping apparatus, a mold clamping mechanism is provided with a half nut, and a tie bar is provided with circumferential groove configured to meshed with the teeth of the half nut. A strong-force mold opening mechanism that opens molds at an initial stage of mold opening extends across a space separating a movable platen and the mold clamping mechanism and is connected to the movable platen and the mold clamping mechanism. The strong-force mold opening mechanism is set so as to have greater axial force and shorter stroke than those of a mold opening and closing mechanism. A control unit controls opening and closing of the half nut, controls the strong-force mold opening mechanism and controls the position of the half nut in such a way that the half nut is synchronized with the circumferential groove by the strong-force mold opening mechanism.

The system comprises, amongst other things, a controller that is configured for performing a comparison of a variable pressure setpoint with a target pressure value. The controller is configured to, when the target pressure value is less than the variable pressure setpoint by at least a predetermined lower bound, (i) decrease the variable pressure setpoint to a reduced variable pressure setpoint and (ii) not further decrease the variable pressure setpoint from the reduced variable pressure setpoint until the pump assembly operates for a plurality of stabilizing cycles at the reduced variable pressure setpoint.

The above-described problem is solved by a foam molding method comprising a resin filling step of filling a mold (2), clamped by a predetermined mold clamping force (Pc), with a resin (R) at a predetermined molding injection pressure (Pi), a filling stopping step of stopping the filling of the resin (R) when, while monitoring a mold gap (Lm) of the mold (2) during the filling, a predetermined mold gap value set in advance is reached, a surface layer curing and filled resin cooling step of curing a surface layer of the resin (R) for a certain time and cooling the filled resin (R) for a certain time after the filling of the resin (R) is stopped, a volume controlling step of controlling a volume increase by reducing the mold clamping force after curing the surface layer of the resin (R) for a certain time, and a taking out step of taking out a foam-molded product by opening the mold (2) after the volume control is performed and after cooling the filled resin (R) for a certain time.

摘要: An injection molding machine is provided that includes a clamping force sensor that detects a clamping force of a mold, and a clamping force monitoring unit that monitors a detected value of the clamping force sensor and calculates a first mold open distance and/or a second mold open distance. The first mold open distance is calculated based on the difference between the maximum value of the detected values obtained during an injection process and a pressure holding process and the detected value obtained at the start of the injection process. The second mold open distance that is calculated based on the difference between the detected value obtained at the end of the pressure holding process and the detected value obtained at the start of the injection process.
