    摘要: A full-servo multi-axis die-casting machine includes an injection device body, a gooseneck operation device body and a plurality of mold locking device bodies. The injection device body includes a hollow first frame, a first servomotor, a screw, a transmission unit and an injection unit, so that the screw is caused to rotate by the first servomotor and is converted by the transmission unit into vertical reciprocal movement. The gooseneck operation device body includes a second servomotor, a first transmission arm and a second transmission arm, so that the first transmission arm and the second transmission arm are driven by the second servomotor to allow bifurcation sections to oscillate with rotation of the transmission section. The mold locking device bodies each include a third servomotor, a third transmission arm and a mold retention slide block, so that the mold retention slide block is reciprocally movable in the channel.

    摘要: Intended is to provide a molding machine using a built-in type motor as an injecting electric motor. In this molding machine, a mounting structure for such a transmission mechanism from a rotational motion to a linear motion, as changes the rotation of the built-in motor into the linear motion thereby to transmit the linear motion to an injecting member, is simplified to improve the assembling workability. For this improvement, a sleeve is fixed in the rotor of the built-in type motor. In the hollow portion of the sleeve, a screw shaft or the rotating portion of a ball screw mechanism and the sleeve are connected and fixed by a connecting member. A nut member or the straight portion of the ball screw mechanism is fixed on a member for performing straight motions together with the injecting member.

    摘要: An air releasing check structure of a metal injecting machine has a seat rod installed between a rear seat of a feeding screw rod and the extruding head at a front end of the front section. A periphery of the seat rod is enclosed by a check toggle. If the material to be ejected has bubbles so that it is not extruded effectively, the bubbles will flow to the exhausting grooves of the check toggle. Then the bubbles are drained out. Thereby, the bubbles in the material are vented out so that the material becomes dense. When the material becomes dense with high tension, the pressure of material will be greater than the force for buckling the elastic toggles so that the elastic toggles expand. As a result, the elastic toggle will further isolate the exhausting groove. Thereby, the material moves forwards to be ejected from the extruding head.

    摘要: An injection molding method of a metal material in a liquid phase state, by which the material can be transferred, metered, and deaerated smoothly by operating the movement and rotation of the screw. After injection, retraction resistance made of the metal material that went into a clearance between the heating cylinder and screw flights is removed in advance by rotating the screw for a set number of times at a forward position. Then, the metal material in the liquid phase state is accumulated in a front chamber by forcing the screw to retract for a set distance, and applying a back pressure to the screw rotating at a retraction position, thereby starting transfer of the metal material. Subsequently, the rotation of the screw is stopped, whereupon the accumulation is completed. Then, the accumulated metal material is pressed by moving the screw forward. Injection is effected only when a material pressure reaches a set pressure within a preset forward distance of the screw, whereupon metering is assumed to have been completed.

The method may include opening the mold valve and injecting a material into the mold cavity from the barrel.
