The child seat mounting structure includes a seat which is installed in a vehicle body, and which has a seatback, a headrest which is mounted on the top of the seatback, and which has a through hole formed therein, and a child seat which is mounted on the seat, and which has a top tether extending from the top thereof for fixing the child seat. The top tether extends backward through the through hole and beyond the seatback, and the end of the top tether is engaged with a portion of the seat or a portion of the vehicle body.

In one embodiment, a visual display system includes a visual display device, such as a video display device, having a display screen configured to display visual images. The display screen can at least generally face a first direction that is angled relative to a viewing direction. The visual display system can further include an optical tilting device at least generally overlaying the display screen. The optical tilting device can include a refracting lens, such as a Fresnel lens or other device, configured to optically tilt the displayed images toward the viewing direction to facilitate viewing of the displayed images. In another embodiment, the visual display device can be carried by a seatback portion of a passenger seat.

    摘要： A wireless remote controlled mirror having lights to illuminate a subject being viewed in the mirror, while enabling a user to selectively adjust a view of the subject from a remote location. When attached to a rear seat of a vehicle, the mirror can be remotely adjusted to view a child in a rear-facing safety seat. The mirror includes a base adapted to mount to an object, a reflective lens that moves relative to the base, one or more electric motors to drive the reflective lens, and a receiver that detects a command signal from a wireless remote controller and energizes a motor to reorient the reflective lens to view the child. A plurality of light sources are selectively energized to emit light toward the subject, so that the mirror is usable after dark. The mirror can alternatively be mounted on other portions of a vehicle.

This may be accomplished by using a damper and a spring. The system may include a braking mechanism, may include a frame where the display is visible through a first side and protected by a second side, and may be pivotable along more than one axis.
