Abstract: A vehicular cabin monitoring system includes an interior rearview mirror assembly having a mirror head adjustable relative to a mounting structure. A camera is accommodated by and moves with the mirror head when the mirror head is adjusted. A first subset of image data captured by the camera is processed for monitoring the driver of the vehicle. A spectrally reflecting mirror element is disposed within the interior cabin and spaced from the rearview mirror. The mirror element spectrally reflects light toward the camera that is representative of an obstructed region within the interior cabin not directly viewable by the camera. The mirror element is disposed at an accessory module of the vehicle. A second subset of image data is representative of light reflected from the mirror element. The cabin monitoring system determines presence of an object within the obstructed region based on processing of the second subset of image data.

Abstract: A device for relocating a display-screen arrangement relative to a vehicle roof in a vehicle interior, including a knee-joint arrangement with a main lever, with which main lever the display-screen arrangement is resistant to torsion, and a control lever connected in an articulated manner to the main lever. Both the main lever and the control lever are rotationally moveable about a bearing. The bearings are linearly traversable along a guide rail, and are relatively movable with respect to one another along the guide rail via a positive-control device. The positive-control device has a control roller extending along the guide rail and supported for rotational movement about an axis of rotation oriented parallel to the guide rail. The control roller is mechanically coupled via cams with the bearings which are relatively movable with respect to one another.

Abstract: A vehicle has an automatically tiltable seat, a plurality of seat actuators fully supporting the automatically-tiltable seat to enable the automatically tiltable seat to pitch or roll to compensate for motion of the vehicle, and a processor to predict the motion of the vehicle and to control the plurality of seat actuators. The plurality of seat actuators automatically adjusts the pitch or roll of the automatically tiltable seat in response to the motion of the vehicle. The seat actuators also provide shock absorption.

Abstract: A vehicle has a seat movable between an upright position and a reclined position and an automatically adjustable headrest connected to the seat, the automatically adjustable headrest being automatically adjusted for a posture of a head of a user when the user is reclined in the reclined position. The automatically adjustable headrest is automatically adjusted in response to a camera detecting that the user is sleeping or resting either on his or her back or on his or her side, the headrest being adjusted for either a side sleeping posture or a back sleeping posture.

Each modular docking station is configured to removably receive one or more modular components.
