摘要: An opal-finished fabric having a stereoscopic pattern is provided, in which both the fiber-decomposed part and the non-decomposed fiber part are rich in color expression, and the fiber-decomposed part having a sufficient strength with a thin material having highly transparent appearance in the fiber-decomposed part. The fabric is an opal-finished fabric obtained with two or more kinds of fibers and formed with a fiber-decomposed part showing a transparent appearance by removing at least one kind of the fibers and a non-decomposed fiber part, in which for solving the problems, the fiber-decomposed part contains mainly nylon fibers, and the non-decomposed fiber part contains mainly colored polyester fibers and non-colored nylon fibers. The non-decomposed fiber part is preferably constituted by a layer containing mainly polyester fibers and a layer containing mainly nylon fibers. The stretchability thereof can be improved by using the fabric further containing polyurethane fibers or weaving the fiber-decomposed part with an atlas stitch structure or a two-needle stitch structure.

摘要: A warp knitted fabric having the isotropy of strength. The warp knitted fabric is provided with a fabric weave and insertion yarn groups (14, 16). The insertion yarn group (14) comprises four yarns (Y4a-Y4d) of the same type. The insertion yarn group (16) comprises four yarns (Y5a-Y5d) of the same type. The yarns (Y4a-Y4d, Y5a-Y5d) are inserted into a warp-knitted fabric weave in the warp direction while being arranged parallel to each other at an interval of one wale in the weft direction. Each of the yarns (Y4a-Y4d, Y5a-Y5d) comprises a portion (14a) extending as a whole in the direction crossing the warp direction, a portion (14b) extending as a whole in the direction crossing the warp direction, and a portion (14c) extending as a whole in the direction extending along the warp direction and connecting the portions (14a, 14b) to each other. One of the yarns (Y4a-Y4d) is overlapped with a corresponding one of the yarns (Y5a-Y5d) when viewed from the thickness direction.

摘要: An improved elastomeric fabric that is knitted with three guidebars on a warp knitting machine including a non-elastic yarn that is knit in on the first guidebar, a first elastic yarn that is knit-in on the second guidebar, and a second elastic yarn that is laid-in on the third guidebar. The elastic yarn has a denier in the range from about 20 to about 105 and the second elastic yarn has a denier in the range from about 70 to about 560. The fabric provides improved durability and power characteristics. The fabric can also be constructed to have improved stretch characteristics such as substantially square stretch or unbalanced stretch with greater fill (width) stretch than warp (length) stretch.

摘要: A fabric substrate suitable for lining between a cast and a person. The fabric substrate includes a pair of opposing faces formed by pillar and inlay stitches. The fabric is constructed at least in part of hydrophobic, water-resistant yarns configured to provide enhanced water resistance and sufficient stretch in both a length and width direction to facilitate conforming the undercast liner around the anatomical shape without wrinkling during application. An intermediate tying layer spans between the opposing faces, and the tying layer includes elastic yarns stitched in a V stitch pattern such that the elastic yarns extend between one opposing fabric face and the other face.

摘要: An improved fabric for orthopedic devices is provided, being a knitted fabric produced on either a warp or weft knit system and utilizing a filament yarn selected from nylon and polyester as well as spandex. The fabric enhances freedom of movement while stimulating blood flow and muscle tone. The fabric has an elasticity that enables closure of orthopedic and other devices by placing the hook component of a Velcro (®) strip at any convenient point rather than aligning it with the loop component of the Velcro (®). The fabric is more convenient, faster and easier for many incapacitated persons, enhancing wearing comfort. Its mesh structure makes it more porous, which enhances the air circulation and the moisture management in creating a cooling effect on the wearer's skin and ready evaporation of perspiration, while still providing therapeutic warmth without heat buildup.

摘要: The present invention provides a stretch fabric substrate for medical use in a simple knitted structure with a good productivity having such a desired elastic recovery of elongation that no reduction of the fabric substrate in the widthwise direction takes place when elongation is applied to a necessary extent in the lengthwise direction. The fabric substrate according to the present invention is constituted by means of a warp knit substrate, the warp knit substrate is formed by means of a chain stitch using a stretch multifilament textured yarn and elastic yarns and non-stretch yarns are inserted in the lengthwise direct ion and in the widthwise direction, respectively to the chain stitch.
