    摘要: The invention relates to a knit fabric for orthopedic support material. The knit fabric comprises in the weft yarn inlay/cross direction synthetic organic microdenier yarn of no greater than 1.5 denier per filament (dpf) and synthetic organic multi-filament yarn of greater than 2.5 denier per filament (dpf). It is impregnated with a curable resin which on activation with a curing agent forms a cast supporting the patient's limb. The knit fabric according to invention exhibits the high holding capacity of the resin over time, said capacity being sufficient to prevent resin leak from a resin-coated fabric.

The connection tab has a body portion of stitch-bonded construction including an elastomeric expansion zone. The elastomeric expansion zone includes an inelastic stitching substrate of fibrous material with a plurality of accordion pleats and a zigzag network of elastomeric yarns disposed in underlying relation to the pleats. The zigzag network is adapted to apply contracting forces to the stitching substrate in the length dimension of the connection tab.

    摘要: V-ribbed belts are formed by thermoplastic shaping and contain ribs that run at least on a first side in a longitudinal direction of the V-ribbed belt. The first side contains a layer composed of a textile warp-knit fabric made up of two different yarns. The warp-knit fabric is constructed from a first yarn composed of filaments with a module of more than 5N/1000 dtex, and a second yarn composed of filaments with a module of less than 2 cN/1000 dtex, both based on 5% extension. The first and second yarns form a coherent network and the yarns do not twine around one another. V-ribbed belts can be formed using an elastic warp-knit fabric, whose extension is based on the construction of the knitted fabrics. The belts maintain better noise reduction both in the new state and after a relatively long service life.
