A detachable carpet includes a carpet surface and an anti-slip mat. The carpet surface includes a surface layer and a bottom three-dimensional mesh fabric structure layer. The anti-slip mat includes a bottom anti-slip and water-repellent layer and an upper bonding layer, and the bonding layer is a single-sided fabric on which are arranged a plurality of polyester, polypropylene or nylon monofilament protrusions. The protrusions can be inserted into corresponding meshes of the three-dimensional mesh fabric structure layer. The bonding layer of the anti-slip mat of the present invention adopts a single-sided structure layer formed by cutting the middle of the three-dimensional mesh fabric structure layer, or a single-sided fabric that is made of at least 20 D monofilament and provided with protrusions. The 20 D-120 D polyester, polypropylene or nylon monofilament on the bonding layer forms thick and rigid protrusions with a certain stiffness.

The present invention provides fabrics with cut loop pile comprising a core yarn of a synthetic multifilament yarn and covering yarn of a split microfiber yarn and a manufacturing method thereof. The core yarn at the section where said loops are cut is outwardly protruded from the covering yarn, wherein the synthetic multifilament core yarn has been separated into multiple filaments to function as hooks. The fabrics with cut loop pile show superior characteristics in polishing properties, sliding properties, water absorption properties, rapid drying properties and feeling of touch since polishing can be performed while easily catching foreign substances such as extremely minute dust particles or human hairs and the like by the hook-shaped multifilaments of the core yarn. Thus the fabrics with cut loop pile according to the present invention can be used usefully in products such as various kind of mats, towels, bathroom products, and the like including dishcloths and mops.

A linear actuator assembly, such as a rod or piston-type linear actuator, comprising a rotating lead screw with external threads; and a nut assembly with threads engageable with the external threads of the lead screw; and a guide tube having a hollow interior portion with at least one internal surface. The lead screw and nut assembly are located within the hollow interior portion of the lead screw, and the guide tube is configured to prevent the nut assembly from rotating with the lead screw. The nut assembly translates in a linear direction within the guide tube as the lead screw rotates. A portion of the nut assembly, such as a wedge, is radially biased against an internal surface of the guide tube. In one aspect, an axial compression spring is pre-loaded against the wedge and pushes the wedge up a ramp surface on the nut, and into the internal surface of the guide tube. The radially-biased wedge helps minimize torsional backlash in the assembly. The assembly can include a piston or rod that is attached to the nut assembly, and reciprocates into and out of the guide tube in a telescoping fashion. The nut assembly can also include an anti-backlash nut having a plurality of internally-threaded longitudinal flexure members. The axial compression spring that is pre-loaded against the wedge also drives the threads of the flexure members into the threads of the lead screw to minimize axial backlash.
