摘要： A mining shovel with compositional sensors comprises a bucket having various inward looking sensors positioned throughout the bucket. The bucket can also have disposed thereon a control enclosure that houses processing equipment that receives and analyzes the data collected by the inward looking sensors. The mining shovel with compositional sensors can be used as part of a system to manage a mining field, including generating and transmitting instructions directing where to deposit material located in the bucket based on the data collected from the inward looking sensors positioned in the bucket.

摘要： A mining machine includes a frame, a boom, an elongated member supported by a pivot element for movement relative to the boom, and a digging attachment. The boom includes a first end coupled to the frame and a second end opposite the first end. The pivot element is positioned between the first end and the second end of the boom. The hoist rope includes a portion extending over the second end of the boom. The member includes a first end, a second end, a first portion proximate the first end of the member, and a second portion positioned between the first portion and the second end of the member. At least a portion of the second portion is oriented at an angle relative to the first portion. The digging attachment is coupled to the second end of the member and is supported by the hoist rope.

摘要： A snubber for a machine is provided. The snubber includes a frame that is mounted on an implement of the machine, a shaft that is operatively coupled to a movable component of the implement and a housing that is coupled to the shaft and rotatably received within the frame. The housing defines a cavity that is configured to store a fluid therein in a sealed manner. The snubber also includes at least one brake disc disposed within the housing and configured to rotate with the shaft and at least one brake pad disposed within the housing and configured to frictionally engage with the at least one brake disc to oppose rotational movement of the housing relative to the frame. The fluid is configured to at least partly remove heat generated due to the frictional engagement between the at least one brake disc and the at least one brake pad.
