Abstract:
A roller support assembly is used to support sliding doors, windows or the like. The assembly includes a housing member having spaced apart side walls and interconnecting transverse walls defining a roller receiving zone for receiving and operationally mounting a roller assembly. The roller assembly has a roller body with a rolling peripheral rim and a shaft whereby the roller body is rotatable relative to the shaft having short stub axle parts. The housing side walls including openings that are fully enclosed by the side walls into which the short stub axle parts fit. The housing side walls further include projecting elements extending inwardly from an inner surface of a housing side wall to cooperate with the corresponding roller body side wall surfaces to spay the housing side walls apart as the roller assembly is moved into the roller receiving zone to locate the stub axle parts in the openings.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a suspension device for at least one sliding door for closing a door opening or window opening. In this suspension device, the sliding door is displaceably mounted by two rollers that roll on at least one roll profile, and when entering the closing area, the sliding door is both displaced in the direction of the door opening as well as lowered. The rollers are arranged in an essentially vertical manner in a position outside of the closing area, and; the rollers, when entering the closing area, laterally tilt out of the vertical. The sliding door, in a pivotal motion about a horizontal axis, which is parallel to the plane of the sliding door, is displaced in the direction of the door opening and lowered.
Abstract:
A sliding door structure comprises at least one door or plate (12), and a substantially horizontally arranged track device (13). The track device (13) includes a stationary track part (14) and at least one door carrier (16) for carrying the door. The door carrier is supported by the stationary track part (14) at one or more supporting points and displaceable horizontally in relation to said track part between first and second opposite positions. The door (12) is connected to the track device (13) such that the centre of gravity of the door or plate (12) is spaced horizontally from the adjacent supporting point by a distance being a substantial fraction of the width of the door or plate (12). Thus, the door (12) is supported by the carrier (16) in a cantilever-like manner and the length of the track (13) may be reduced to a value substantially corresponding to the width of the door opening (11).
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a garage door assembly. The garage door assembly includes a plurality of interconnected garage door panels, a track and a cable. A bracket assembly is attached to one of the panels. The bracket assembly includes a moveable member including a roller which is rotatably received in the track. A fixed member is attached to a panel and includes a portion to which the cable is attached. The moveable member selectively accommodates the fixed member.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a panel carriage which is adapted to traverse a pair of rails used to form a track within a joinery system. The carriage includes a main body and at least a pair of wheels, with the wheels of each pair being located on opposite sides of the main body. The panel carriage also includes an adjustable linkage associated with each wheel, where such an adjustable linkage or linkages are adapted to locate at least one wheel on a side of the main body, and a linkage is also adapted to allow movement of a wheel towards and away from the main body.
Abstract:
A guiding system for a sliding door, especially a motor vehicle, comprising a sliding rail (5) with an upper cover (6) and a lower edge (7) arranged opposite the upper cover (6), and a roller element (101) which is guided in the sliding rail (5) and comprises a roller element housing (102) is presented. Three rollers (103, 104) are rotatably fixed to the roller element housing (102), two rollers (103) extending along the upper cover (6) of the sliding rail (5) and the third roller (104) extending along the lower edge (7). The invention creates one such guiding system in such a way that there is no play, it operates quietly, and has a taut system characteristic. To this end, a spring element (109) is fixed to the roller element housing (102), said spring element pressing on of the first two roller (103) and the third roller (104) against the sliding rail (5).
Abstract:
A side sliding door apparatus for an electric railcar includes a side sliding door suspended from a horizontal door rail with a C-shape cross-section. The side sliding door is capable of moving freely via a door roller, and a gap is formed between the door roller and a ceiling of the door rail. A guide roller with a smaller diameter than that of the door roller is provided adjacent to the door roller. A gap between the guide roller and the ceiling of the door rail is set to be smaller than that between the door roller and the ceiling of the door rail. Preferably, a gap adjusting mechanism is provided for adjusting the gap between the guide roller and the ceiling of the door rail.
Abstract:
A device for supporting and guiding the movement, in both a longitudinal direction and a lateral direction, of a sliding panel in a frame structure by using guide tracks and vertically adjustable guide castors. The vertical position of the sliding panel is adjustable with the aid of a bogie-based carrying wheel mechanism. A locking mechanism with a specially designed striking plate assists longitudinal and sideways movement of the sliding panel into a locking position for locking of the sliding panel.
Abstract:
A door truck which has a one piece frame and plastic wheels for operation in an overhead track for supporting a door in which the wheels are mounted to the frame with barrel nuts and a threaded stud. The frame has a door supporting portion through which a pendant nut can be extended with its head mounted upwardly or downwardly so as to support a door.
Abstract:
A pulley cradle arrangement for a screen doors, in particular, having a pulley cradle receptacle (23) that is inserted from above into a hollow frame section (1) and is clamped there. The pulley cradle receptacle (23) holds the pulley cradle support (25), inside of which the pulley cradle (27) and its running rollers (28) can be shifted vertically by means of a knurled screw (89). All parts can be pushed together without the use of tools and snap together by means of elastic holders. The pulley cradle (27) can be removed from the pulley cradle support (25) by pushing on its front surface and thus the sliding door can be removed from the guide rails.
