摘要: A control system for limiting power turbine torque (QPT) of a gas turbine engine includes a controller including a processor and memory configured to control the gas turbine engine, the controller including an engine control module that provides an effector command signal to a gas generator of the gas turbine engine; a power turbine governor module that outputs a preliminary torque request (QPT_req_pre); and a power turbine torque (QPT) optimal limiter module that outputs a maximum torque topper (QPT_max) to limit a power turbine speed overshoot of the gas turbine engine; wherein the controller outputs a minimum value between the preliminary torque request (QPT_req_pre) and the maximum torque topper (QPT_max) to the engine control module.

摘要: A device and a method of controlling blade instabilities of a wind turbine is provided. The method including the following steps: defining at least one preliminary overspeed threshold value; defining a fluttering rotor speed at and above which a predetermined fluttering of at least one of the blades occurs, the fluttering rotor speed is defined as a function of the pitch angle and/or as a function of the wind speed; setting a final overspeed threshold value to be equal to or smaller than a minimum rotor speed of the at least one preliminary overspeed threshold value and the fluttering rotor speed at the actual pitch angle and/or at the actual wind speed; and controlling the rotor speed to not exceed the final overspeed threshold value.

The method has the following steps: providing current wind properties; providing an actual blade angle of the rotor blade or an average value of all actual blade angles of the rotor blades; determining a steady-state blade angle of the at least one rotor blade which, taking into account known rotor properties, the electrical system and the wind properties, leads to a desired steady operating state of the wind turbine; comparing the steady-state blade angle with the actual blade angle or the average value of all actual blade angles; adapting an operation of the wind turbine if the steady-state blade angle deviates significantly from the actual blade angle or the average value of all actual blade angles.

The method includes predicting a rotational speed of the wind turbine; determining frequency modulation remaining time based on the predicted rotational speed, the frequency modulation remaining time being time for which the wind turbine is able to continue to output frequency modulation power as the output power used for the primary frequency modulation without affecting a recovery of the wind turbine after the primary frequency modulation; controlling the output power based on the determined frequency modulation remaining time.
