摘要： According to various implementations, a flame-resistant and heat-resistant fastener chain includes a pair of left and right fastener tapes and a pair of left and right continuous fastener elements. Each fastener tape includes a facing tape side edge that faces the facing tape side edge of the other fastener tape. The left continuous fastener element is coupled to the left fastener tape adjacent the facing tape side edge of the left fastener tape and the right continuous fastener element is coupled to the right fastener tape adjacent the facing tape side edge of the right fastener tape. Each continuous fastener element includes a coiled monofilament that includes a high temperature polymer. In some implementations, the continuous fastener element includes a cord around which the coiled monofilament is wrapped.

摘要： There is provided a slide fastener. Each of a pair of fastener element rows is a coil-shaped fastener element row made of synthetic resin. Each of fastener elements includes an engaging head section, a first leg section and a second leg section. The first and second leg sections protrude from the engaging head section and extend parallel to each other. The first leg section comes in contact with the corresponding fastener tape and the second leg section does not come in contact with the corresponding fastener tape. The first leg section is colored in a color different from those of the fastener tapes and the second leg section. The color of the first leg section is visible through a gap between the pair of fastener tapes.

A cover sheet is made of an artificial flexible material and has a 5 top surface provided with a predetermined design and a bottom layer made of a thermoformable material having a predetermined thickness. The bottom layer is attached to the second main side of the substrate tape such that the surface structure of the second main side of the substrate tape is not perceivable through the cover sheet.

Of the two yarns configuring the weft yarn, one yarn is woven diagonally straddling the first surface of a first leg and the second surface of a second leg of adjacent fastener elements.

摘要： A breakaway slide fastener having a single slider body can be implemented for use in connection with large-scale applications, such as covers for bedding articles, boat or automobile covers, and the like. In an exemplary embodiment, a cover for a bedding article includes a first cover portion having a first slide fastener tape, a second cover portion having a second slide fastener tape, and a single slider body configured to be maneuverable along the first slide fastener tape and the second slide fastener tape in order to bring a first row of slide fastener teeth into at least substantially interlocked arrangement with a second row of slide fastener teeth, thereby arranging the breakaway slide fastener into a closed configuration and pairing the first cover portion with the second cover portion around the bedding article. When the breakaway slide fastener is in the closed configuration, the single slider body is further configured to be maneuverable past a pliable top stop of the first slide fastener tape to permit the first row of slide fastener teeth to be separable from the second row of slide fastener teeth by a pulling force applied to at least one of the first slide fastener tape or the second slide fastener tape, thereby facilitating detachment of the first cover portion from the second cover portion.
