    Abstract: A method of making a wooden board assembly includes A) determining a scrap portion of a trunk; B) cutting the trunk horizontally to form multiple boards; C) removing narrow scraps and trimmed sections of each of the multiple boards to obtain multiple trimmed wide boards, and cutting narrow board areas from the scrap portion to form multiple peripheral boards; D) removing a part of the scrap portion and two trimmed sections from each of the multiple peripheral boards; E) connecting the multiple trimmed wide boards and the multiple peripheral boards to form a substrate; F) adhering two straps on the substrate to produce a wood pattern assembly; G) cutting the wood pattern assembly to form multiple cut films; H) adhering one of the multiple cut films with a nonwoven fabric with a transparent adhesive and connecting the multiple cut films on a fixing lamination; and I) cutting the fixing lamination.

    Abstract: A durable palm fiber composite material is obtained by impregnating an unprocessed palm bark in a resin adhesive solution prepared by using a palm leaf as a raw material and then hot-pressing. The palm bark is dried under a natural state without additional processing. The palm leaf is made into a tannin resin adhesive solution under the effect of additives such as furfuryl alcohol, paraformaldehyde, and others. A pH value of the adhesive solution is controlled to be 9-11. A solid content is 40-60%. An adhesive amount applied to the palm bark by the resin adhesive solution is 800-1500 g/m2. Odd number of layers (three or more layers) of palm barks that are impregnated by the resin adhesive solution and are hot-pressed to the composite material. Hot-pressed parameters are as follows: the temperature is 150-180° C. the unit pressure is 0.8-1.5 MPa, and the time is 10-30 s/mm.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a flexible sheet of wood strips for use in the fabrication of engineered floor boards or wood sheets and including the machine and method of manufacture of the flexible sheet of wood strips. The wood strips provide a wood floor which has much more stability than a solid wood plank which is much more affected by the temperature in a room and the moisture under the floor board. Also solid wood planks are much more expensive than engineered wood planks where only a very thin layer of quality wood material is utilized. The transverse wood strips are constructed of inferior wood material. Two or more treads of flexible material may be secured transversely to the wood strips to provide additional retention of the wood strips in the flexible sheet.
