Abstract: High-frequency hot-pressing continuous automatic production lines for dimensional bamboo timbers, and production methods thereof are provided. The production line can include a clip-up store and feeding mechanism fixed with one end of a three-roller type gluing system. An other end of the three-roller type gluing system is fixed with one end of a system for loading, layer up and stacking non-glued bamboo sheets. The outer side edge of the system for loading, layer up and stacking non-glued bamboo sheets is connected to a front inner end of a plate stack conveying system. A high-frequency press and high-frequency generator system is located at a rear inner end of the system for loading, layer up and stacking non-glued bamboo sheets.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the use of a bonding resin prepared by providing an aqueous solution comprising at least one biobased product selected from tannin, starch, soy protein, glycerol, chitin, pectin, dextrose or other carbohydrates, or a mixture thereof and mixing the aqueous solution with one or more of certain crosslinkers such as ethers, and optionally one or more additives. The bonding resin is used in the manufacture of laminates, mineral wool insulation or wood products, such as engineered wood products, such as plywood, oriented strandboard (OSB), laminated veneer lumber (LVL), medium density fiberboards (MDF), high density fiberboards (HDF) or particle boards. Preferably, the bonding resin does not comprise lignin.

Abstract: To provide a board material processing composition allowing for production of a board material laminate that is non-combustible and is excellent in adhesion performance. In order to solve this problem, a board material processing composition inhibiting combustion of a board material due to heating, comprises: a carbonization promotion component, being inorganic, promoting carbonization of an organic component within the board material at the heating; a chain inhibition component, being inorganic, inhibiting a reaction chain to a neighboring component due to a product of endothermic decomposition generated at the heating; and binder particles, being inorganic and hydrophobic, bonding the organic component within the board material to the carbonization promotion component and the chain inhibition component, wherein the carbonization promotion component includes boric acid, the chain inhibition component includes ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, and the binder particles include silica sand.

Abstract: Irregularities on the surfaces of veneer, such as full veneer sheets and/or veneer core material are detected using Near InfraRed (NIR) technology, including Near InfraRed/Short Wave InfraRed (NIR/SWIR) cameras and detectors. A grade is then assigned to the veneer based, at least in part, on the detected irregularities. The graded veneer is then stacked based, at least in part, on the grade assigned to the veneer. The graded veneer stacks are then provided to local robotic panel assembly and pressing systems that include one or more local robotic panel assembly cells for processing the veneer into layered wood product panels.

Abstract: A method for producing a wood sheet that is between 0.6 and 0.8 mm thick, includes covering both surfaces with a matte crystal clear polyester film that is between 70 and 80 micrometres thick joined by thermopressing to the wood sheet. The wood sheet is sanded between the method steps to a thickness ranging from 0.6 to 0.8 mm, a matte polyester film with a thickness ranging from 70 to 80 micrometres is applied, they are then thermopressed at a controlled temperature and speed, and the wood sheet covered with the plastic material film is cold-pressed. The present invention also relates to a translucent wood sheet which allows illumination lamps having unique configurations to be produced.

A water-in-oil drop permeates into a center of the nanoscale polymer hollow microsphere, the water-in-oil drop includes a bamboo vinegar at an outer layer and an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution at an inner layer, and titanium dioxide aerosol particles are dispersed in the aqueous sodium hydroxide solution.
