摘要: An outrigger pad assembly includes a base having a bottom surface for engaging an underlying support surface and a top surface opposite to the bottom surface, a force sensor mounted to the base, and an interface body. The interface body includes a lower cavity at least partially defined by a first inner sidewall, an upper cavity at least partially defined by a second inner sidewall, and a coupling body having a latch configured for selective with an outrigger jack. The force sensor is disposed in the lower cavity in sliding contact with the first inner sidewall such that the interface body is movable relative to the force sensor. The outrigger pad assembly may be part of an outrigger assembly of a lifting vehicle.

摘要: Lifting performance of a work machine is increased while suppressing an increase in a vehicle weight. When a slewing frame is seen from a side, a first reinforcement member is provided from a boom foot section to a front side part of a slewing bearing, a second reinforcement member is provided from the boom foot section to a mast foot section, and a third reinforcement member is provided from the mast foot section to a rear side part of the slewing bearing. Furthermore, a fourth reinforcement member is provided from a middle region (M) located at an upper end portion of the slewing frame and above a rear portion of the slewing bearing to the front side part of the slewing bearing, and a fifth reinforcement member is provided from the middle region (M) to the rear side part of the slewing bearing.

摘要: A crane mat is disclosed having a plurality of panels of lumber positioned in alternating transverse directions with respect to one another, where the top and bottom panels are oriented parallel to the direction of vehicular traffic. The top and bottom panels may include a plurality of spaced apart grooves extending longitudinally from a first longitudinal end of the crane mat to a second longitudinal end of the crane mat for enhancing traction of a vehicle when traversing across the crane mat by transporting rain or moisture off the mat, or for receiving mud or other debris. The crane mat may include a plurality of edge protectors positioned on respective sides of the crane mat to protect the crane mat from handling damage. In various embodiments, the crane mat may be manufactured using either softwood, hardwood, or any combination of softwood and hardwood.

摘要: A crane support system includes two spaced apart longitudinal members couplable with a vehicle frame. Two spaced apart groups of tubes are coupled with and extend between the longitudinal members and outboard relative to one member to define an outboard subassembly portion. A tower frame is mounted atop the outboard subassembly portion. A first brace extends angularly between the groups of tubes, the brace extending from a one of the groups forward relative to the vehicle frame toward the other group aft relative to the vehicle frame and toward the tower frame. A horizontal arm extends transversely beneath the outboard subassembly portion. A vertical support has a top end coupled with the arm and a bottom end couplable with an outrigger. A second brace extends angularly between the vertical support and the arm for transferring bending moment and/or shear from the cantilever to the outrigger via the vertical support.

The image data is recorded with the digital camera associated with the above activation condition, among the digital cameras installed in the rough terrain crane.

摘要: A hybrid crane/rig mat that has outer side members of first and second side beams or boards of engineered lumber, oak or other hardwoods, or bumper members of solid or filled or unfilled hollow plastic members; a core structure of a metal or thermosetting plastic frame that includes side and end members and that contains therein a plurality of longitudinal members made of wood, engineered lumber, or of plastic or elastomeric materials; and a plurality of joining rods that pass through the outer side members, the core structure and longitudinal members to attach the outer side members to the core structure. The first end of the mat includes a male member and the second end of the mat includes a female member so that a first end of one mat can be releasably interlocked with a second end of a similarly configured and adjacently positioned additional mat.
