A crane boom system includes a liftable and lowerable crane boom which is articulately connected to and movable in relation to the column by a second actuator. A battery arrangement includes a battery cell, and a battery circuitry unit provided with an electrical power take off, and a battery mounting assembly structured to fixedly mount the battery arrangement to the stabilizer beam. The battery arrangement is configured to electrically operate the first actuator and the second actuator via the electrical power take-off.

摘要: A mobile crane includes an undercarriage, a superstructure having a crane boom and a crane cable, and a plurality of support carriers for stabilizing the undercarriage in a correct operating state. In order to set-up the mobile crane, a support carrier is disposed in a disassembled state separately from the mobile crane in a waiting position. The support carrier is connected to the crane cable of the crane boom and is shifted between the waiting position and a receiving position which is disposed on the undercarriage. The support carrier is moved by the crane boom between the receiving position and a coupling position in a support box of the undercarriage in such a manner that the support carrier is guided in the support box at least in a substantially tension-free manner. A controller is configured to carry out the set-up method.

摘要: A crane mat is disclosed having a plurality of panels of lumber positioned in alternating transverse directions with respect to one another, where the top and bottom panels are oriented parallel to the direction of vehicular traffic. The top and bottom panels may include a plurality of spaced apart grooves extending longitudinally from a first longitudinal end of the crane mat to a second longitudinal end of the crane mat for enhancing traction of a vehicle when traversing across the crane mat by transporting rain or moisture off the mat, or for receiving mud or other debris. The crane mat may include a plurality of edge protectors positioned on respective sides of the crane mat to protect the crane mat from handling damage. In various embodiments, the crane mat may be manufactured using either softwood, hardwood, or any combination of softwood and hardwood.

摘要: A wheeled crane and self-demounting and self-mounting methods for supporting legs thereof is disclosed. The wheeled crane includes a vehicle frame and auxiliary supports, and the auxiliary supports can enable the vehicle frame to keep balance. Since the wheeled crane has auxiliary supports, when the supporting legs are demounted or mounted, the auxiliary supports function as supporting legs, so that the supporting legs can be mounted and demounted by the operation part of the wheeled crane with no need of using an auxiliary crane, and thus the self-mounting and self-demounting of the supporting legs of the wheeled crane are realized.

摘要: Crane-support apparatus for mounting a tower crane onto a side of a high-rise building under construction, enabling ascending of the tower crane according to the upwards progression of the building construction, including a chassis configured to support a climbing frame of the tower crane mast, and at least one reinforcement element. A distal end of the chassis is hingedly attached to the distal end of the reinforcement element. In a deployed, support mode, the chassis is aligned in a horizontal position, and the reinforcement element is aligned in a slanted position. In a folded, mobilization mode, the chassis and the reinforcement element are configured to be pulled by at least one lifting cable at the distal end of the chassis and the reinforcement element with the chassis and the reinforcement element hingedly folded and aligned in vertical positions. A method for using the apparatus in both modes is also provided.
