摘要: Provided is a hoisting implement which can change a hoisting posture of a long object with a simple and light-weight configuration and minimize a possibility of occurrence of operational errors. The hoisting implement includes a first connection part and a second connection part disposed so that a center of gravity comes between the first connection part and the second connection part along the longitudinal direction of the long object. The first connection part allows a first end of the hoist rope to be fixed to the long object. The second connection part includes a link having a distal portion to which a second end of the hoist rope is allowed to be connected, a swing supporting portion fixed to the long object to swingably support the link about a proximal portion of the link, and a holding portion that detachably holds the distal portion of the laid link.

摘要: A crane arranged to be mounted to a vehicle and including a crane controller. The crane controller includes a machine learning algorithm, including a neural network trained to calculate a movements of a crane components based on a received trajectory instruction. A supervisory controller is provided arranged to evaluate the calculated movements by comparing an accuracy measure to a predefined safety margin. The accuracy measure is defined by the difference between a crane tip position resulting from the calculated movements when moved from a current position, and a position of the crane tip calculated by the supervisory controller, based on the received trajectory instruction and on positions of individual joints of said crane boom system, when moved from the current position, and to generate an overruling operating instruction for a system of actuators, in response to the accuracy measure being larger than the predefined safety margin.

The optical control system is configured to detect one or more objects in the captured image, the one or more objects selected from the counterweight assembly, a weight unit of the counterweight assembly, a stack of weight units of the counterweight assembly, and a marker on the counterweight assembly. The optical control system is also configured to analyze the one or more detected objects and determine a status of counterweight assembly based on the analysis of the one or more detected objects.

摘要: A jib system for a vehicle crane having a telescopic jib and a bracing apparatus that can be coupled to the jib by its base frame, where the jib has a roller head and a lifting cable that is deflected via the roller head. Only minor structural measures and preparations are required for automatically rigging and de-rigging the vehicle crane, including by providing at least one transfer rocker that can be integrated in an articulated manner between the jib and the bracing apparatus. By the pivotable support of the transfer rocker on the jib, the base frame configured for coupling to the lifting cable can be displaced by a change in the length of the lifting cable that is effected in the coupled state on a circular path around its roller head from a set-down position of the bracing apparatus to a set-up position of the bracing apparatus and back.

摘要: A counterbalanced vertical track assembly which may be configured with three types of pulley support assemblies are herein disclosed. The first type of pulley support assembly has a pair of opposed pulley modules having an elongate structural element interposed the two pulley modules which are attached to end plates at both ends of the elongate structural element. The second type of pulley support assembly has a pair of opposed pulley modules which include male end connectors for demountable engagement of the pulley modules with another module of the system with female ends. The third type of pulley support assembly has a pair of opposed pulley modules wherein the modules' pulley brackets are repositionable to varying angular orientations by alternating screw mount positions selected on mount components at opposite ends of an elongate structural element.
