The present invention provides for a compact for a cosmetic product that includes a base; a lid, fitted movably to the base; a container disposed in the base that is suitable for containing a cosmetic product. The base or the lid includes a magnet suitable for cooperating with a magnetic element fixed to the lid or to the base opposite the magnet in order to effect the closure of the compact. Of note, the compact includes at least one component with high magnetic permeability defining with the magnet a magnetic system in such a way as to concentrate the magnetic field of the magnetic system on a face of the magnetic system disposed opposite the magnetic element.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a head assembly comprising a tube head and a metal barrier insert, said method comprising steps of: providing a barrier insert comprising an intermediate metal layer being a disc having an inner opening, defining an upper surface, a lower surface, an inner edge and an outer edge, an upper layer made of plastic material covering said upper surface of the intermediate metal layer, and a lower layer made of plastic material covering said lower surface of the intermediate metal layer, heating at least one of said upper and lower layers, so that said upper or lower layer melts and the plastic material flows and covers at least the inner edge or the outer edge of the intermediate metal layer, attaching said barrier insert to the inner side of the shoulder of a plastic tube head.

An at least partially metalized plastic product for cosmetic and perfume packaging comprising a plastic body, the plastic body being directly covered at least partially by a metal layer, wherein the plastic is a polyolefin selected from: polyethylene, polypropylene, their copolymer or their mixture;and in that when the polyolefin comprises at least one polypropylene or a copolymer of polypropylene-polyethylene, this polyolefin has an infrared spectrum having: a peak at the wave number of 720 cm−1 of a height at least equal to 20; or a peak at the wave number of 809 cm−1 of a height less than 20, a peak at the wave number of 840 cm−1 of a height less than 50, a peak at the wave number of 899 cm−1 of a height less than 20, and a peak at the wave number of 997 cm−1 of a height less than 60.

A device for applying a cosmetic product includes a cup, a guide, and a sheath. The cup includes at least one lug. The guide includes a slot passed through by an associated lug of the cup, the slot comprising an upper edge. The sheath includes internally a helical groove for receiving the lug of the cup. The lug can have an upper flattened area, where the upper edge of the slot is inclined with respect to a radial plane.

An actuating head configured to be mounted on a dispensing body of a fluid product comprising a pipette. The actuating head includes a piston and an actuator, a translation of which from an actuated end position to a rest position allows for suction into the pipette of the fluid product and a translation from the rest position to the actuated end position allows a distribution of the fluid product outside the pipette. A return means allowing a return of the piston and actuator to the rest position. The piston, the actuator and the return means are made from a single plastic part.

A refill is removably mountable on an actuation base and configured to receive a cosmetic product. The refill includes grooves and/or ribs configured to cooperate respectively with all or part of ribs and/or grooves of the actuation base so as to allow the refill to be mounted on the actuation base to allow an entry and/or an exit of the cosmetic product. To that end, the grooves and/or ribs of the refill extend longitudinally over a part of the height of an internal skirt toward a first end of the refill.

The receptacle also includes a structure braking the cover on opening and closing, located in the rear part of the receptacle, and a structure braking the platform on opening and closing, also located in the rear part of the receptacle.
