The squeezing-out opening provided in the head part (2) is provided with a one-way closure (27), which has been created during the inflation process within the blow mould. A plastic tube comprising an elongated body (1) which is sealed by a pinch/weld portion (6) is also disclosed.

    摘要: A plant for manufacturing and packaging tubes feeds the tubes via a conveyor belt to a packaging station, where they are packaged to form larger units. The foil strip is a dual or multiple-strip, cut by at least one partitioning blade into individual webs respectively welded in parallel planes to form endless tubes and cut by transverse cutters. The tubular bodies are assembled into a larger transfer group and jointly transferred to a turn table including a corresponding number of mandrels. The turn table conveys them jointly and stepwise to stations for fitting the shoulder portion with a threaded neck and the closure cap. The finished tubes are deposited on a discharge belt and fed to control regions for checking. Flawless tubes are received by the discharge belt and fed continuously to a tray.

This method comprises the following steps: a) inserting a dividing wall (9) into the gap (8) of an auxiliary mandrel (6); b) sliding a prefabricated tube pipe body (11) onto said auxiliary mandrel (6), which has been fitted with the dividing wall (9); c) axially transferring the blank (12) produced in step b) from the auxiliary mandrel (6) onto a pressing mandrel (2); d) adding a molten portion of a plastic material in a female mold (3); e) conveying the pressing mandrel (2) with the blank (12) into the female mold (3) with the portion of a plastic material in an axial position, in order to mold a tube head onto the blank (12); f) pressing the material portion between the pressing mandrel 92) and the female mold (3) in order to form a tube head, at the same time producing a solid connection with the pipe body (11) and with the section of the dividing wall (9) that is located in the area of the tube head by closing the mold; g) opening the mold, removing the pressing mandrel (2) and withdrawing the finished two-chamber tube.     摘要: A novel fabricated tube construction includes a sleeve formed from a stock material and a plastic neck member which includes a shoulder. The sleeve has overlapping edges which are joined together to form an lap seam. The neck member shoulder includes a mounting portion which has at least one raised, plastic weld rib thereon. An end portion of the sleeve initially overlays the shoulder such that the lap seam of the sleeve overlays the raised weld rib on the mounting portion. As a result, a small void is formed between the lap seam and the mounting portion. When the sleeve and the shoulder are joined together, the raised, plastic weld rib on the mounting portion melts and flows into the void to fill and seal the void. A portion of the mounting portion also melts to form a seal between the shoulder and the sleeve. When the shoulder and the sleeve are joined together in this manner, a leak-proof seal or joint is formed around the entire periphery of the shoulder between the shoulder and the sleeve.
