    Abstract: A system and method for integrated data registration includes at least one host system and a first sensor where the first sensor provides a first input data. The system and method may further include a second sensor where the second sensor provides a second input data, a first navigation data source where the first navigation data source provides a third input data and a second navigation data source where the second navigation data source provides a fourth input data. The system and method may further include at least one non-transitory computer readable storage medium, in operative communication with the host system, first sensor, the second sensor, the first navigation source and the second navigation source, having at least one set of instructions encoded thereon that, when executed by at least one processor, performs operations to perform integrated data registration.

    Abstract: A CMOS divide by two circuit device comprising a two phase signal input, a first track and hold circuit, a second track and hold circuit, where the signal path from input to output of each track and hold circuit comprises a single switch and a single inverter. In hold mode the circuit device provides cross-coupled inverters with only two stable states, obviating the need for any dedicated start-up, initialization, or phase-forcing circuitry. In addition to its regular two-phase output, it can optionally provide a quadrature two-phase output, both having an output signal frequency equal to one half said input signal frequency.

    Abstract: The system and method for hyperspectral target identification provides for sue of a sensor array such that for a 2 by 2 pixel, each pixel is set to a different wavelength by employing a band pass filter, so that one can determine whether a cluster set is of a natural object or a man-made object. Using ratios of the collected energy within the partitioned sub-bands one can make near real-time declarations about targets and in some cases, friend or foe determinations.

    Abstract: A system and method to aid in guidance, navigation and control of a guided projectile including a precision guidance munition assembly is provided. The system and method obtain raw position data during flight of the guided projectile, the raw position data including a plurality of position data points from the guiding sensor for determining positions of the guided projectile, establish a window including a portion of the plurality of position data points, smooth the portion of the plurality of position data points in the window, and determine a reduced noise position estimate of the guided projectile, based, at least in part, on the smoothed portion of the plurality of position data points in the window. The system and method may determine a velocity estimate of the guided projectile and predict an impact point of the guided projectile relative to a target.

    Abstract: Techniques are disclosed that are designed to transmit low power radio frequency (RF) signals that include location parameters of one or more ground-based objects. Example systems include at least one or more processors and RF circuitry. The one or more processors are configured to generate one or more digital signals having a given number of bits. In one of the digital signals, a first portion of the bits includes location information for a ground-based object, a second portion of the bits includes heading information associated with the ground-based object, and a third portion of the bits includes speed information associated with the ground-based object. A second digital signal can include the size of the ground-based object. The RF circuitry converts the one or more digital signals into RF signals and transmits the RF signals at a given periodic pulse rate.
