    Abstract: An anchor and suture assembly is provided for use with an endoscopic suturing device with a needle holder arm. The anchor assembly includes an anchor tip and an anchor body. The anchor tip has a blunt end that may be rounded or beaded, a capture groove, a tab groove and a plug portion positioned between the capture groove and the tab groove. The anchor body has first and second ends, tip tabs, retainers for removably retaining the anchor body relative to the needle holder arm, and a suture opening. The anchor tip is fixed relative to the anchor body by plastic deformation of the tip tabs into the tab groove. A suture extends into the suture opening of the anchor body and is fixed therein.

    Abstract: An implantable fluid operated inflatable device may include a fluid reservoir configured to hold fluid, an inflatable member, and fluidics architecture that provides for transfer of fluid between the fluid reservoir and the inflatable member. The fluid reservoir, the inflatable member, and the fluidics architecture may be included in a single unit, or a single housing, thus providing for a relatively compact implantable fluid operated inflatable device. The relatively simple, compact device provides for simplified insertion into the patient, and for simplified operation by the user.

    Abstract: An example medical device is disclosed. The example medical device includes a shaft having a proximal end region, a distal end region and an outer surface. The medical device also includes a hemostasis clip coupled to the outer surface of the distal end region of the shaft, wherein the hemostasis clip is configured to shift between an open position and a closed position. Further, the medical device includes a tension member coupled to the hemostasis clip, wherein actuation of the tension member shifts the hemostasis clip between the open position and the closed position.

    Abstract: Embodiments herein relate to methods, devices, and systems for the treatment of cancer tumor by combining TTF electrical field therapy with other types of cancer therapies. In an embodiment, a method for providing cancer therapy is included, the method applying one or more TTF electrical fields at or near a site of a cancerous tumor, a surgical excision site, and/or a targeted therapy site of a subject and administering a non-electrical field based cancer therapy to the subject, wherein applying the TTF electrical fields is performed before, after, and/or simultaneously with administering the non-electrical field based cancer therapy.
