    Abstract: Provided are an electrocardiogram signal parallel analysis apparatus, a mobile terminal incorporating the apparatus, and related methods. The apparatus includes an integrated memory, a central processing unit and a graphic processing unit. The integrated memory includes a first memory and a second memory for being used by the central processing unit and the graphic processing unit respectively, and the central processing unit may access the second memory. The central processing unit performs primary noise reduction on a received electrocardiogram original signal to obtain a primary electrocardiogram signal, and performs abnormal heartbeat classification preliminary screening on characteristic data extracted from the graphic processing unit to obtain suspected abnormal heartbeat data. The graphic processing unit performs characteristic extraction on the primary electrocardiogram signal to obtain characteristic data, performs secondary noise reduction on the primary electrocardiogram signal to obtain a secondary electrocardiogram signal, and processes the suspected abnormal heartbeat data and the secondary electrocardiogram signal by applying a template matching classification mode to obtain final abnormal heartbeat data.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for extracting a centerline of a tubular object are provided. The method includes: preprocessing an image of the tubular object whose centerline is to be extracted to obtain an enhanced image, acquiring a gradient vector flow field of the enhanced image; acquiring a deformation force parameter based on the gradient vector flow field and extracting ridge points of the tubular object from the enhanced image, establishing a regularized open curve deformable model; if a deformation end condition is not met, deforming and processing one ridge line segment in the initial ridge line segment list based on the model to obtain a centerline segment of the tubular object, updating the initial ridge line segment list based on the ridge line segment traversed; if the deformation end condition is met, generating a centerline of the tubular object based on the centerline segments.

    Abstract: An ultrasound probe calibration system and method. The system comprises an ultrasound probe calibration phantom (100), and the ultrasound probe calibration phantom (100) is provided with a sunken recess (110) at a middle position of an upper surface thereof and with several conical holes on a side surface thereof. The sunken recess (110) is fixedly connected with a two dimensional ultrasound probe (220) therein. The conical hole is inserted with an NDI insertion stylus (230), and a tip of the NDI insertion stylus (230) can be acquired in ultrasound imaging. An ultrasound probe calibration system employing the above structure enables a midplane of an ultrasound plane to pass a midplane of an ultrasound probe calibration phantom (100) along a middle gap, such that a tip of an NDI insertion stylus (230) is used for the midplane of the ultrasound plane, thereby addressing the problem of misalignment of a point-type phantom or a two-dimensional plane-type phantom to the ultrasound plane.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a three-dimensional shape expression method and device thereof. The method includes following steps: extracting a hybrid type framework of a three-dimensional shape; obtaining a segmentation of the three-dimensional shape by segmenting the hybrid type framework; obtaining a sub-structure of the three-dimensional shape according to the segmentation of the three-dimensional shape; and establishing an expression of the three-dimensional shape by using a bag-of-words model according to the sub-structure of the three-dimensional shape. The embodiments of the present disclosure are capable to express a three-dimensional shape with an easy and high-efficient method.

    Abstract: Provided are a magnetic resonance chemical-shift-encoded imaging method, apparatus, and device, belonging to the technical field of magnetic resonance imaging. The method comprises: in a phasor-error plot established on the basis of a two-point magnetic resonance signal model, determining to be an initial seed point a pixel having a unique phasor and causing said plot to reach a minimal local value; according to the initial seed point, estimating the phasor value of a to-be-estimated pixel to obtain a field map; mapping and merging the field map at the highest resolution to obtain a reconstructed field map; determining a reconstructed seed point from the reconstructed field map, and estimating the reconstructed seed point to obtain the phasor value of the reconstructed to-be-estimated pixel; according to the reconstructed seed point and the phasor value of the reconstructed to-be-estimated pixel, obtaining two separate images having predetermined components. In the method, a region simultaneously containing two components is identified as a seed point, eliminating the deviation caused by phasor-value jump at high resolution and ensuring the correctness of the seed point ultimately selected.
