Abstract: A power management circuitry for a peripheral electronic device includes a power regeneration circuitry, a power selector, a power switch and an audio signal detection circuitry. The power regeneration circuitry receives a continuous periodic sound wave from an audio device and converts the continuous periodic sound wave into an amplified DC electrical signal. The power source selector receives the amplified DC electrical signal and input from a primary power source and provides a power signal output. The audio signal detection circuitry receives the amplified DC electrical signal and transmits a wake-up signal to the power switch circuitry. The power switch circuitry is turned on by the wake-up signal and connects the power source selector to the peripheral electronic device main circuitry and transfers the power signal output to the peripheral electronic device main circuitry.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing a document-integrated software integration validation by a service provider system are described. The method includes serving an interactive integration guide user interface to a user system that displays information for an application programming interface (API) integration test scenario. The method also includes determining correctness of API usage of a software application that performs operations integrating services of a service provider system using APIs of the service provider system, the software application developed by the user system. Furthermore, the method includes serving an updated integration guide to the user system updating the display of the interactive integration guide UI indicating each operation in the test scenario that was performed correctly and indicating each operation in the test scenario that was not performed correctly.

Abstract: Systems and methods for modeling and analysis of commerce platform system infrastructure provided by cloud services provider systems to a commerce platform are described. The method may include receiving a cloud services provider spending report generated by a cloud service provider system, wherein the cloud services provider spending report comprises information indicative of costs of cloud services provider resource usage by the commerce platform system over a period of time, and receiving a service report for one or more systems of the commerce platform, wherein the service report comprises information indicative of execution of services of the one or more systems of the commerce platform over the period of time. A directed graph may then be generated that models costs of commerce platform system service usage at the cloud services provider system. The method may also include performing an analysis of the directed graph to attribute cloud service provider system cost information to the commerce platform system service usage at the cloud services provider system, and generating a report indicating cloud service provider system costs attributable services of the commerce platform system.

Abstract: Aspects of the current disclosure include systems and methods for identifying an entity in a query image by comparing the query image with digital images in a database. In one or more embodiments, a query feature may be extracted from the query image and a set of candidate features may be extracted from a set of images in the database. In one or more embodiments, the distances between the query feature and the candidate features are calculated. A feature, which includes a set of shortest distances among the calculated distances and a distribution of the set of shortest distances, may be generated. In one or more embodiments, the feature is input to a trained model to determine whether the entity in the query image is the same entity associated with one of the set of shortest distances.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for leveraging a distributed services system for surfacing insights for a user are described. The method may include accessing, by a computer processing system, service system data generated for a user by services of a distributed service system, the service system data including one or more values associated with one or more corresponding common entities in a data store of disambiguated service system data. The method may also include inputting the one or more values associated with the one or more corresponding common entities generated for the user into a trained machine learning model (MLM), the machine learning model trained to detect an effect of the one or more values associated with the one or more corresponding common entities on a set of metrics of interest. Furthermore, the method may include detecting, by the MLM, when there is an anomaly in a metric of interest in the set of metrics of interest.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for fraud detection during transactions using identity graphs are described. A method includes receiving, at a commerce platform system, a transaction from a user having initial transaction attributes and transaction data. The method also includes determining, by the commerce platform system, an identity associated with the user associated with additional transaction attributes not received with the transaction. Furthermore, the method includes accessing a feature set associated with the initial transaction attributes and the additional transaction attributes that includes machine learning (ML) model features for detecting transaction fraud. The method also includes performing, by the commerce platform system, a machine learning model analysis using the feature set and the transaction data to determine a likelihood that the transaction is fraudulent, and performing, by the commerce platforms system, the transaction when the likelihood that the transaction is fraudulent does not satisfy a transaction fraud threshold.

Abstract: In an example embodiment, a solution is provided that provides an event-driven architecture for scheduling electronic transfers, rather than data-model driven architecture. Doing so allows for the payout portion of the architecture to avoid aggregating transactions—it only needs to obtain an aggregated total (specifically a current balance) once, and thus does not need to be continuously aggregating/checking the aggregation of many transactions simultaneously. The payout portion of the architecture can then forego the traditional ingestion mechanism, which means that it can avoid scanning transaction data.
