The apparatus includes a first mold unit having a first molding surface, and a second mold unit having a second molding surface corresponding to the first molding surface. The core is mounted on the second molding surface. The first mold unit includes a first fixing part, and the second mold unit includes a second fixing part. The first fixing part and the second fixing part are configured to fix an outer peripheral portion of a skin placed between the first mold unit and the second mold unit.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a method of manufacturing heating elements for vehicle interior materials, which includes forming a base part having the same shape as a curved surface of a subject, forming an electrode part on an upper surface of the base part, and stacking a heating part on upper surfaces of the base part and electrode part. Accordingly, the heating element is manufactured in advance to have the same shape as the curved surface of the subject and then adhered to the subject so that the heating element is overlapped on and pressed against the subject without deformation. Thus, it is possible to make overall temperature distribution uniform and improve product quality.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing highly reliable plastic glazing by forming a high hardness coating layer. The method for manufacturing plastic glazing includes: a base material layer supply step of supplying base material layer made of polycarbonate (PC) resin; an adhesive supply step of applying an adhesive to at least one side of the base material layer; a coating film supply step of seating a coating film on an upper side of the adhesive applied to the base material layer; and an attaching step of pressing the supplied coating film and of attaching to the base material layer. Through such a manufacturing method, there is an effect of improving the scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and light resistance by forming the high hardness coating layer in the base material layer made of PC.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing a molded product including real wood capable of forming a real wood layer on the surface of an injected molded product by using an IMD film provided with a real wood stacked body, and includes preparing an IMD film of preparing an IMD film provided with a real wood stacked body on a release film; supplying the IMD film of supplying the IMD film so that the real wood stacked body is disposed at an injecting point; fixing the IMD film of closely contacting the IMD film to a cavity of a lower mold through vacuum absorption; forming an injecting layer of forming an injecting layer by coupling an upper mold and the lower mold, and curing it after injecting a melted injecting material into the cavity through the upper mold; and ejecting a molded product of ejecting a molded product in which the release film is separated from the real wood stacked body by separating the lower mold and the upper mold. According to the method, it is possible to manufacture the IMD film provided with the real wood stacked body on the release film, and to form the real wood layer on the surface of the injected molded product without breakage by using the IMD film.
