    Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses may be used to create a property archivist that can enable automated customer service, in which an electronic inventory may be automatically generated and used to assist in resolving customer service needs. In an example, an apparatus may include a processor and a memory coupled with the processor that effectuates operations. The operations may include detecting a product; based on the detection, adding the product to a property archive, wherein the property archive comprises a profile for plurality of products at a location; obtaining an indication of a problem with the product; based on the detected problem, initiating a service request for the product; automatically diagnosing the problem to determine a resolution; and based on the determined resolution, automatically purchasing a part of the product and shipping the part for the product to a location of the product.

    Abstract: Edge node networks can be utilized to facilitate predictive access to content for a wide variety of applications. For example, predictive data can be generated based on historical patterns, audio data, calendar invites, etc. The predictive data can include predicted locations, persons present based on usage of their mobile device, edge node and access point usage, etc. The predicted data can be used to facilitate more efficient access to content by proactively sending mobile application and/or content usage data to edge node equipment that is predicted to be used in accordance with a predicted a predicted event. Furthermore, the predictive analysis can be used to modify mobile screens for quicker access to content and/or mobile applications.

    Abstract: A system of cameras can be used to generate a complete field of view within an edge network. For example, one camera can have a field of view where part of the view is obstructed by an object and/or by the camera's orientation. Yet another camera that is a part of the edge network can supplement the view of the first camera by providing an alternate view. The two views can be stitched together by a coordinate system such that a complete field of view can be utilized by both cameras. Additionally, where a field of view is not available by any stationary camera, the system can dispatch a mobile camera to help supplement the views.

    Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, embodiments for detecting a navigation application operating on a first communication device, and identifying a location of the first communication device. Further embodiments can include obtaining a first advertisement and a second advertisement according to the location of the first communication device as well as determining a first priority associated with the first advertisement and a second priority associated with the second advertisement. Additional embodiments can include determining the first priority is higher than the second priority resulting in a determination to present the first advertisement prior to the second advertisement, and providing the first advertisement, the second advertisement, and the determination to the first communication device. The first communication device presents the first advertisement within navigation content utilizing the navigation application prior to presenting the second advertisement within the navigation content based on the determination. Other embodiments are disclosed.
