Abstract:
Disclosed herein are fusion antibodies created to provide both an antigen-binding site that targets the CD4 receptor and an antigen-binding site that targets the HIV envelope. The fusion antibodies disclosed herein provide improved potency and breadth against HIV as compared to monospecific antibodies, and additionally provide high barrier against viral resistance. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical formulations and therapeutic methods utilizing such fusion proteins.
Abstract:
The invention provides triazine compounds and methods of their use to modulate protein kinases and to treat diseases mediated by said protein kinases.
Abstract:

Abstract:
In one embodiment, a minibody monomer that binds PSMA is provided. The minibody monomer is encoded by a nucleotide sequence comprising, from N-terminus to C-terminus, an scFv sequence that can bind PSMA, an artificial hinge sequence, and a human IgG CH3 sequence. In another embodiment, a CysDB monomer that binds PSMA is provided. The CysDB monomer may be encoded by a nucleotide sequence comprising, from N-terminus to C-terminus, an scFv sequence that can bind PSMA and a cysteine tail. In other embodiments, methods for diagnosing or treating a cancer associated with PSMA expression in a subject are provided.
Abstract:
A rotary positioning structure is disclosed for a frame. The frame comprises a housing and a spindle hole disposed on the rear of the housing. The rotary positioning structure comprises elastic members and a rotary stand. Each of the elastic members comprises a tenon and the elastic members are arranged on a circular path surrounding the spindle hole. The rotary stand comprises a rotary shaft and a groove. When the rotary shaft is inserted into the spindle hole, the groove engages with the tenon so that the housing is supported in a first upright position by the rotary stand; also after said rotary shaft is inserted into said spindle hole and then the rotary stand is pivoted on the rotary shaft, the groove engages with another tenon of the elastic members so that the housing is supported in a second upright position by the rotary stand.
Abstract:
A mobile communication device is provided. The mobile communication device includes a processing unit, a battery unit, a solar cell unit, an electronic switch circuit and an analog to digital converter (ADC). In the mobile communication device, the solar cell unit receives a light and thus a luminance and transforms the luminance into an analog voltage. The ADC is configured to convert the analog voltage into a digital voltage. The processing unit is used to transmit a control voltage according to the digital voltage. In response to the control signal, the electronic switch circuit is controlled to turn the solar cell unit on or off and the solar cell unit provides all, a portion or none of a working current required for the processing unit according to the action of the electronic switch circuit. In addition, a luminance value may be generated according to the light received by the solar cell unit so that a user may be aware of the light quality of the ambient environment, thereby preventing himself/herself from reading under a poor light source environment thus protecting his/her eyesight from being damaged.
Abstract:
An input device constructed in a carrier electronic apparatus comprises a letter button module and a number button module. The letter button module has a plurality of letter buttons to represent different letters respectively, and the number button module has a plurality of number buttons to represent different numbers respectively. The number buttons are separated from the letter buttons by being located in the intervals formed by adjacent rows of the letter buttons. The size, form, and color of the number buttons are different to those of the letter buttons.
Abstract:
A modular keyboard configured for an electronic device having a mechanical portion and a virtual portion. One of the two portions is an alphanumeric keypad and the other portion is a navigation keypad. The alphanumeric keypad is preferably arranged on a lower portion of the body of the electronic device. The virtual keypad is implemented by software and displayed on a touch screen of the electronic device. In one input mode of the electronic device, only a subset of keys the mechanical portion of the modular keyboard is enabled. In another input mode, all keys of the mechanical portion of the keyboard are enabled. In still another input mode, both the mechanical portion and the virtual portion of the modular keyboard are enabled.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for providing a client-requested location dependent information for a designated location through a wireless communication system. The method includes a step of detecting a presence of a wireless network client at the designate location by the wireless communication system wherein the wireless communication system includes a data record of client profile to enable a determination if there is such a client-requested location dependent information for the designated location from the user whereby the client-requested location dependent information may be provided to the client at the designated location through the wireless communication system.
Abstract:
A map transmission system and a method thereof are disclosed. The system includes a database, a sender, and a receiver. The database stores at least one map data. The sender generates a map frame data based on the map to be transmitted and converts the map frame data into a vector map data through the database, and then the sender transmits the vector map data to a remote site via a network. The receiver receives the vector map data and displays the vector map data by using a map engine application program.
