The disc brake includes a brake caliper covering a brake disc and a brake application device with pneumatic or electromotive actuation, located in the brake caliper and used for applying the brake. The control electronics monitors specific parameters of the brake and regulates braking components and is connected to a power supply. The control electronics is characterized in that it includes at least one transmitter/receiver unit which is in active connection with a sensor external to the brake, pertaining to the wheel or proximate the wheel.

摘要： A method is provided for adjusting the play between the brake linings and the brake disc of a pneumatically actuated disc brake by way of at least one or several adjustment devices actuated by electric motors. The method sensorlessly determines the play caused by braking with the aid of a computer by use of a computer prognosis, wherein the prognosis includes wear caused by braking and the brake component variations in time produced by energy released by the braking, and the thus determined variations are adjusted at predetermined time intervals on at least one adjustment device by a corresponding adjustment process.

摘要： A parking brake for a commercial vehicle equipped with an air-operated service brake is configured in such a way that the actuating energy for the brake is reduced in comparison to a configuration with a spring brake cylinder, while the installation space in the wheel area is minimized. Primary functional parts of the parking brake include an inner race and an outer race, which delimit an annular gap. Displaceable tapered-roller bearings are located in the annular gap. To adopt a release position in opposition to the action of a compression spring, the tapered roller bearings are disengaged from the conical surfaces of the inner race and the outer race.

摘要： A method of forming a pole wheel connected to a wheel hub of a motor vehicle and a corresponding apparatus are described. A magnetically permeable, prefabricated pole wheel is placed in a mold for forming the wheel hub, and the mold is filled with a melt composed of a magnetically impermeable material in the solidified state. The melt fills the apertures formed between adjacent teeth of the pole wheel, while a shape of the pole wheel is substantially maintained.

摘要： An electro mechanical or pneumatically actuated disk brake, in particular for a utility vehicle, includes a brake caliper or saddle and a brake disk. The brake saddle overlaps the brake disk at least in sections of the outer periphery thereof. The disk brake also includes a tensioning device which is entirely or partially inserted into the brake saddle. The tensioning device is used to produce a tensioning movement between the brake linings and the brake disk. The disk brake further includes at least one and preferably several adjusting devices. The brake disk and/or the brake saddle are arranged on a step with elastic pre-tension when the brake is in the release state.
