Abstract: According to example data transmission methods and related devices provided in the present disclosure, a base station receives first channel state information (CSI) and an indication message that are sent by a first terminal, and may determine a size of a downlink transmission data block from the base station to the first terminal according to the first CSI and the indication message. In doing so, a downlink transmission rate from the base station to the first terminal matches a downlink transmission rate from the first terminal to a second terminal.
