Abstract:
A method and apparatus for switching connection in a wireless communication system is provided. A device receives a base station-to-device (B2D) switch request message or an unsolicited B2D switch response message from a base station. The B2D switch request message or the unsolicited B2D switch response message include information on at least one of a target device, a switch unit, target D2D connection/link identifier(s), an enhanced packet system (EPS) bearer identity, a data radio bearer (DRB) identity, a radio link control (RLC) configuration, a logical channel identity, and when to switch from a device-to-device (D2D) connection to a B2D connection.
Abstract:
In the present disclosure, a UE transmits a random access preamble (RAP) on a physical random access channel (PRACH) and a common control channel (CCCH) service data unit (SDU) on a physical uplink channel (PUSCH). The UE receives a medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) based on transmitting the RAP and the CCCH SDU. The MAC PDU may include a MAC PDU associated with a contention resolution identity (CRID) in the MAC PDU. The UE determines whether a MAC SDU is present or not in the MAC PDU, based on the MAC SDU indicator associated with a CRID in the MAC PDU in a state in which the CRID matches the CCCH SDU.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of performing measurement by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. In particular, the method includes the steps of: when an uplink data transmission occurs in a measurement gap, determining a starting point of a temporary measurement gap based on a completion time of the uplink data transmission; transmitting information about the temporary measurement gap including the starting point of the temporary measurement gap; transmitting an uplink data during the measurement gap; and performing measurements during the temporary measurement gap.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of performing a random access to a base station by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. In particular, the method includes transmitting a random access preamble and a payload including a common control channel (CCCH) service data unit (SDU) to the network; and receiving a medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) in response to the random access preamble and the payload, wherein the MAC PDU includes a contention resolution identifier (CRID) and an indicator indicating a presence of a signaling radio bearer (SRB) radio resource control (RRC) message corresponding to the CRID in the MAC PDU.
Abstract:
In the present disclosure, a UE transmits a random access preamble (RAP) on a physical random access channel (PRACH) and a control channel (CCCH) service data unit (SDU) on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH); and receives a medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) based on transmitting the RAP and the CCCH SDU. The MAC PDU includes a first part, and a second part after the first part. The first part includes multiple UE contention resolution identities (UE CRIDs).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for handling for Bandwidth Part operation in wireless communication system, the method comprising: starting a timer related to a downlink (DL) bandwidth part (BWP), when an active BWP for a serving cell is switched to the DL BWP; wherein DL semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) resources are configured on the DL BWP and uplink (UL) SPS resources are configured on a UL BWP related with the DL BWP; transmitting UL data on one of the UL SPS resources or receiving DL data on one of the DL SPS resources; and restarting the timer related to the DL BWP when the UL data is transmitted on the UL SPS resource or the DL data is received in the DL SPS resource.
Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present application, a method for transmitting a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) by a terminal in a wireless communication system comprises a step of receiving setting information associated with a PUCCH, and a step of transmitting the PUCCH on the basis of the setting information. The PUCCH is transmitted from a specific PUCCH resource selected from among overlapped PUCCH resources. The specific PUCCH resource is characterized by being associated with beam failure recovery (BFR).
Abstract:
Provided are a method of performing cell reselection and a device supporting the method. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the method includes: starting data transmission or data reception while the UE is in radio resource control (RRC) idle state or RRC inactive state; applying an offset value to a serving cell for cell reselection; performing cell reselection based on the applied offset value, during the data transmission or data reception; and stopping applying the offset value to the serving cell, when the data transmission or data reception is succeeded.
