Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus for transmitting broadcast signals, an apparatus for receiving broadcast signals and methods for transmitting and receiving broadcast signals. A broadcast signal transmission apparatus includes a delivery object generator configured to divide a file into at least one delivery object corresponding to a part of the file, a signaling encoder configured to encode signaling information including metadata for the delivery object, the signaling information including real time information indicating whether the at least one delivery object is transmitted in real time via a unidirectional channel using at least one layered coding transport (LCT) packet, and a transmitter configured to transmit the at least one delivery object and the signaling information. It is possible to reduce a total time consumed for obtaining multimedia content and displaying the multimedia content for a user.

Abstract: Disclosed are a rotor that is capable of more efficiently using magnetic flux from magnets and a motor including the same. The rotor includes a plurality of rotor cores, a plurality of magnets magnetized such that magnetic flux is formed in the circumferential direction, the magnets and the rotor cores being alternately arranged in the circumferential direction, a coupler connected to a shaft, and a rotor frame including a coupler base connected to the coupler, an extension base extending from the coupler base in the radial direction, and a rotary base extending from the extension base in the axial direction of the shaft for supporting the rotor cores and the magnets while surrounding the rotor cores and the magnets, wherein the coupler base, the extension base, and the rotary base are integrally formed by injection molding, and the rotor frame is coupled to the coupler, the rotor cores, and the magnets, and wherein the extension base is provided with crossing ribs that cross in the radial direction.

Abstract: The broadcast signal transmitting apparatus includes a signaling encoder for generating signaling information indicating whether a broadcast signal including multimedia content is transmitted in real time using a broadcast network, an internal structure generator for generating at least one object internal structure obtained by dividing a file included in the multimedia content into an independently encoded or decoded data unit, a packet information generator for generating packet information including metadata for identification of the object internal structure when the signaling information indicates that the multimedia content is transmitted in real time, and a transmitter for transmitting a broadcast signal including the object internal structure and the packet information. Accordingly, the apparatus can reduce a total time needed when multimedia content is acquired and then displayed for a user.

One embodiment of the present invention may provide a broadcast signal transmission method comprising the steps of: generating a media stream by encoding media data; generating signaling information signaling the media stream; multiplexing the generated media stream and the signaling information; and transmitting a broadcast signal including the multiplexed media stream and the signaling information. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the signaling information may include meta data on the media stream.
