摘要： This invention is concerned with a process of and an apparatus for producing green tires, in which a green case shaped on a tire band building drum is transferred onto a tire building drum by a transfer ring mechanism and an inextensible endless belt built on a belt building drum is also transferred and applied onto the green case, deformed into a toroidal form on the tire building drum, by the transfer ring mechanism. The transfer ring mechanism serves to hold and release the green case and the endless belt and has such a construction to be movable along the axes of the tire band building drum, the tire building drum and the belt building drum.

摘要： A stitching apparatus for stitching tire components laid on a building drum, comprising a frame structure arranged opposingly to and spaced apart from the building drum, a central roller disposed opposingly to the mid-circumferential plane of the building drum and having a rotational axis parallel with the rotational axis of the building drum for stitching the mid-circumferential portions of the tire components on the building drum, at least a pair of side rollers circumferentially spaced apart from the central roller and arranged symmetrically to the mid-circumferential plane of the building drum for stitching both side portions of the tire components, each side roller having a rotational axis inclined to the rotational axis of the building drum and at least a surface portion made of an elastic material. The central and side rollers are alternatively projected and retracted toward and away from the circumferential surface of the building drum to stitch the tire components from their mid-circumferential portions to their both side portions.

摘要： A planarizing film-forming composition for a hard disk that is a non-magnetic filler is sufficiently filled into fine grooves on a magnetic material surface (surface), and is required not to cause contraction in the filled parts at the time of photo-curing (at the time of exposure) and post-exposure baking; and a method for producing a hard disk using the composition. The composition comprising at least one polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compound being in a liquid state at room temperature and atmospheric pressure and having a molecular weight of 300 to 10,000. The compound preferably has 2 to 20 (meth)acrylate groups in the molecule, or the compound preferably has a molecular weight of 300 to 2,300. A method for producing a hard disk comprising: forming a concave-convex shape on the surface; covering the surface having the concave-convex shape with the composition; and etching the covered surface for planarization until the surface is exposed.

Such a process includes bringing an end surface of the optical transmitting medium close to an end face of a liquid refractive index adjuster, while charging at least one of the optical transmitting medium and the liquid refractive index adjuster, thereby adhering the liquid refractive index adjuster to the end face of the optical transmitting medium, and thereafter solidifying the adhered liquid refractive index adjuster to obtain the refractive index adjuster.

The coating head has a position adjustment surface that is located in the vicinity of a coating member of the coating head and adjusts the positioning in the thickness direction of the respective optical fiber core wires when these are in the form of a tape. This position adjustment surface is pressed against the respective optical fiber core wires. The coating head is also able to be tilted in the longitudinal direction.
