摘要： This disclosure relates to a method for connecting a strand element to a connection element using a re-shaping method, such as a connecting a cable lug. A system is also disclosed which comprises a pair of receiving elements having a front side with a recess and a hollow section. The hollow section is designed to accommodate a press insert having a front side with a recess. The receiving element and the press inserts are arranged in a vice. The system also comprises a clamp having a front side with a recess, which is suitable for receiving the connection element. When a pair of receiving elements is arranged, together with the press insert, around a central region of the connection element, then a re-shaping connection, such as a crimp connection, is produced between the strand element and the connection element.

Further, the holding portion includes a hook claw disposed at a distal end portion thereof, a hole portion for receiving a base portion of the hook claw and engaging with the distal end portion, an attaching portion for attaching the component, a first movement restriction member for restricting a movement of the component in a direction that the cable extends, and a second movement restriction member for restricting a movement of the component in a direction perpendicular to the direction that the cable extends.

摘要： A connection which is reproducible, uniform and reliable both for intermediate and terminal connections of a conductor layer wiring loom, by making provision for simultaneous crimping of the conductors in connectors by applying continuous and uniform pressure in a crimping zone. The crimping is carried out by a tool including two shells, each shell including a main wall that forms an inner face including transverse ribs and end edges folded over perpendicularly relative to the walls to define an inner space. In the inner space, a connector of non-insulated conductors arranged perpendicularly relative to the ribs is introduced to form transverse grooves by compression of the ribs on the walls of the connector. The tool can find use in current return networks of aircraft passenger cabins having composite skin.

摘要： The present invention relates to connector tools for seating connectors on a substrate such as a printed circuit board. In various embodiments, the connector tool has guiding skirts and surfaces to capture the connector in position then seat the connector. In the embodiments, the connector tools can be made by wire electrode discharge machining (VVEDM) process. Thus, the invention reduces connector and substrate damage during manufacturing, reduces tool damage, and lowers product costs by boosting manufacturing yields.

A cross section of the second receiving recess is larger than that of the first receiving recess, with a drop defined as a preventing portion formed therebetween. A side of the second receiving recess has a portion protruded inward to form a buckling lump, which is spaced from the preventing portion with a predetermined distance.
