The embodiment of the present invention is used for RACH re-attempt when random access fails.

Based on the solution provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the aspect of being able to schedule the PDSCH of one or more serving cells on one physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) can be achieved and resources occupied by the PDCCH can be saved.

The method for transmitting the PUSCH includes: performing a predetermined measurement; determining parameters for transmitting the PUSCH according to a measurement result of the predetermined measurement; and transmitting the PUSCH based on the parameters for transmitting the PUSCH, thus adjustment of the PUSCH transmission parameters and improved performance of the PUSCH can be achieved.-
