    摘要: A γ-ray signal processing section 60′ determines a detection time of a γ ray based on a α-ray detection signal outputted from a semiconductor radiation detector for detecting the γ ray, and determines the energy of the γ ray. Then, a time correction circuit 70 obtains, based on the energy of the γ ray, a detection value of the detection time that corresponds to the energy of the γ ray from a time correction table indicating the relationship between the energy of the γ ray and the correction value of the detection time of the γ ray, and corrects the detection time according to the obtained correction value of the detection time. Coincidence counting is performed on the γ ray in a coincidence counting circuit 80 based on the corrected detection time.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for aligning a charged particle beam with an aperture includes providing a hollow beam aperture device adapted for shaping a charged particle beam into a hollow charged particle beam. Then direct the charged particle beam through the aperture. Provide deflection coils for deflecting the charged particle beam relative to the aperture. Vary the current to the alignment deflection coils while measuring the aperture electrical current generated by charged particles reaching the hollow beam aperture as a function of the current to the alignment deflection coils. Then adjust the current in the alignment deflection coils based on the aperture electrical current to center the charged particle beam on the hollow beam aperture. Preferably, separate hollow beam and peripheral beam apertures with associated sensing and current are used to center the beam on respective ones of the apertures.

The control system includes a range switching valve activated in response to the individual set ranges for switching and outputting an initial pressure for applying the engagement elements, to a plurality of passages, and adapted, when the stop range is set, to output the hydraulic pressure to the engagement element for establishing a torque transmission passage from one of the power sources to the other and to block the feed of the initial pressure to the engagement element for establishing, when applied, the torque at the output member.
