    摘要： A copying tracer for tracing templates which have hollows or recesses or bores, particularly for stamping or nibbling machines, comprises a housing with a bore therein with a copying tracer plunger portion slidable in the bore which has a lower end which engages the template. The tracer plunger is biased by biasing means which act to provide a uniform downward biasing pressure on the plunger to engage the lower template engaging end portion of the tracer with the template and which is increased when the template begins to move downwardly, such as when it enters a recess or a groove, so that the movement becomes very rapid. The biasing may be accomplished by a spring system which includes one coil spring acting axially along the axis of the plunger tracer and an additional spring which is locked when the tracer engages the surface of the template but which moves transversely and acts against the plunger in a downward component of force after the tracer is initially moved downwardly. Another embodiment comprises a fluid pressure operated system wherein the plunger is first forced downwardly into engagement with the template by a first pressure source acting on the plunger which is by-passed partially around the plunger, but which acts entirely on the plunger after it is moved initially downwardly.

    摘要： This invention provides hydraulic copying apparatus for application to machine tools such as milling machines, in which the axial and oscillatory movements of a stylus control three copying valves, two of which are arranged with axes perpendicular to each other in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the stylus and the third of which is arranged with its axis non-coaxial with the axis of the stylus. An oscillating device such as a lever operates the third valve, and is always operatively connected to the end of the stylus both in the manual and the automatic tracing mode of the apparatus, to transfer to the third valve only the axial movements of the stylus. Externally operable means act on the oscillating device for the actuation of the third valve in response to the oscillations of the stylus, these means being rendered operative during automatic functioning of the apparatus, while the first two valves are contemporaneously rendered inoperative.

    摘要： A valve structure for controlling the flow of poisonous and/or contaminated media into a container, comprising two vertically aligned valve bodies releasably connected with each other and containing each an axially slidable closure piston, whereby these two pistons are releasably and sealingly connected with each other at their opposite end faces and of which the upper piston is provided with a lengthwise extending actuating rod extending with circumferential clearance lengthwise through a tubular portion of the upper valve body which tubular portion is connected to a media supply pipe. In one position of the sealingly connected closure pistons the path of flow through the valve structure is closed, while in another position of the connected closure pistons the path of flow is open when the actuating rod has moved the pistons downwardly so far as to connect transverse ports in the lower valve body and to connect these transverse ports at the same time with the interior of the container into which extends the lower valve body.
