    摘要: A control circuit for a hydraulic actuator includes a signal comparator circuit responsive to DC command and feedback signals to provide a control signal proportional to the difference between the command and sense signals, a first switching circuit responsive to the control signal to energize a pump of the actuator which pumps hydraulic fluid into an expandable chamber via an inlet port to thereby drive an actuator rod from a retracted position to an extended position against the force of a restoring spring, a second switching circuit responsive to the control signal to close a dump valve, sealing an outlet port of the expandable chamber to maintain the hydraulic fluid in the expandable chamber, and a feedback circuit having actuator rod position sensing apparatus for producing an AC sense signal indicative of the position of the actuator rod and a circuit for deriving a DC feedback signal from the AC sense signal for the signal comparator circuit; the first switching circuit being disabled to energize the pump when the feedback signal indicates the actuator rod has moved to the desired position, and the second switching circuit being disabled to permit the dump valve to open in response to a decrease in the command signal, permitting the actuator rod to retract under the force of the restoring spring.

Regardless of the direction of movement of the piston in the cylinder, utilizing checkvalves and adjustable throttle elements, the flow is controlled between the chambers so that separate throttle elements can effectively control the opposite movements while check valves permit filling of chambers.

    摘要: A control apparatus comprises a primary control unit composed of wicket gates of a hydraulic turbine and a secondary control unit composed of a bypass valve which is operated to open or close in cooperation with the opening or closing of the wicket gates. First and second link mechanisms are provided between the wicket gates and a hydraulic pressure distributor valve which is operatively connected to the bypass valve to control opening or closing of the latter. The first link mechanism detects the opening or closing motion of the wicket gates and transmits the corresponding signal to the hydraulic pressure distributor valve for the bypass valve, while the second link mechanism detect position of a pressure distributor valve plunger for the wicket gates and transmits the corresponding signal to the distributor valve for the bypass valve. A reset cylinder contains a piston which is connected to the second link mechanism and is operated by a solenoid valve to reset the last-mentioned signal when the wicket gates are held stationary in the fully closed position.
