The clutch provides a drive state in which the transmission shaft drives the wheel to rotate and an unlocked state in which the wheel is rotatable relative to the transmission shaft. The hydraulic power module includes a main drive gear, a drive shaft extending through the main drive gear, and a clutch operatively connected to the drive shaft, wherein the clutch has an engaged position and a disengaged position. The engaged position of the clutch fixedly connects the main drive gear to the drive shaft and the disengaged position of the clutch disconnects the main drive gear drive from the drive shaft. The hydraulic power module further includes a first pump device directly coupled to the drive shaft, wherein the first pump device is driven by the drive shaft during rotation of the drive shaft. A second pump device is indirectly connected to the drive shaft through the clutch, and is driven by the drive shaft when the clutch is in the engaged position.

摘要: A shaft and sprocket assembly having an elongate shaft, a sprocket wheel and at least one bracket member. The sprocket wheel encircles and engages the shaft wherein torque is transferrable between the shaft and the sprocket wheel. The sprocket wheel includes radially outwardly extending teeth and is formed by a plurality of sprocket members. Each of the sprocket members defines an angular portion of the sprocket wheel less than 360 degrees. The bracket member detachably secures the individual plurality of sprocket members together thereby allowing the sprocket members to be easily removed from and installed on the shaft. The bracket member is positioned such that no torque is directly transferred from the shaft to the bracket member. The shaft and sprocket assembly can be used in a variety of applications including in the feederhouse of an agricultural combine.

摘要: A garden tool power system comprises a motor, a reducer and a transmission shaft. The motor transmits the power to the transmission shaft through the reducer to drive wheels of the transmission shaft to rotate. The reducer comprises a pinion connected to an output end of the motor and a gear engaged with the pinion. The transmission shaft includes left and right shafts connected with each other through a connecting shaft. The gear mounted on the connecting shaft has at least two guiding rods transversely located thereon and two centrifugal blocks located between the guiding rods. Each guiding rod has a spring surrounded therearound and each spring located between two centrifugal blocks has two opposite ends respectively abutted against the corresponding portion of the centrifugal blocks. A fixing sleeve provided on the periphery of the centrifugal blocks is mounted on the transmission shaft and has buckle structures matching with the centrifugal blocks.

The engine rotates a flywheel on a horizontal axis perpendicular to the longitudinal frame members. A gearbox is mounted to one of the longitudinal frame members, with a horizontal input shaft driven by the engine and a vertical output shaft engaging one or more rubber belts. A vent passage is provided through the output shaft of the gearbox and between a hub of a rotary fan and the output shaft.

摘要: A corn head row unit gearbox includes an input shaft, that rotates about a first axis of rotation and that drives a set of bevel gears. The bevel gears transfer rotation of the input shaft into rotation of a set of gathering chain output shafts about a second axis of rotation, generally transverse to the first axis of rotation. The gathering chain drive shafts each rotate within a bushing mounted within a frame structure of the gearbox. The frame structure defines a bore that communicates with a bevel gear cavity, in which at least one of the sets of bevel gears rotates, and an interior of the bushings mounted on the gathering chain drive shafts. Rotation of the bevel gears carries lubricant to an inlet aperture on the bore and drives the lubricant through the bore into the bushings.
