摘要: A fixing device for a compressor includes main fixing units to prevent internal vibration generated due to the operation of the compressor and auxiliary fixing units to prevent external vibration generated due to external environment, such as transportation of the compressor, and stably maintains the installation state of the compressor, thus effectively preventing a damage to a refrigerant pipe due to the vibration of the compressor. The main fixing units connect the compressor to the casing, and the auxiliary fixing units cause the compressor to be separated from the casing in a normal state, and allow the compressor to contact the casing when an excessive external vibration is generated, thus preventing unnecessary vibration, generated from the compressor, from being transferred to the casing.

摘要: To provide a fuel pump mounting structural body that allows a mounting space for a fuel tank and the number of manufacturing processes to be reduced. A fuel pump mounting structural body accommodates a fuel pump unit in an opening portion disposed in a fuel tank. The structural body includes a step portion disposed in the opening portion. The step portion is formed one step lower than a wall surface of the fuel tank. A lid portion of the fuel pump unitis fittingly attached to the step portion and includes a delivery port for fuel. A guide member is disposed on a peripheral edge of the opening portion. The guide member includes a removably mounted holding member. The fuel pump unit is held in position by the fuel pump mounting structural body.

摘要: An oil and vacuum pumps group (1) for a motor vehicle engine includes a motion transmission shaft (30) extending along a main axis X-X, an oil pump (10) and a vacuum pump (20) fitted on the motion transmission shaft and a gear (40) also fitted on the motion transmission shaft and adapted to derive a rotary motion from a driving gear (41) of a motor vehicle engine and to transfer said rotary motion to the motion transmission shaft to drive the oil pump and the vacuum pump. Advantageously, the oil and vacuum pumps group of the invention is structurally independent from and adapted to be associated with said motor vehicle engine. Preferably, the oil pump (10) and the vacuum pump (20) are units which are structurally independent from each other and the gear (40) of the oil and vacuum pumps group is operatively placed between the oil pump and the vacuum pump.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a linear motor in which a plurality of coil groups are connected in series or in parallel and driving power is applied to part or all of the coil groups according to load applied to the linear motor, thereby achieving improved motor efficiency with a reduced motor size. The linear motor includes a bobbin, the plurality of coil groups wound on the bobbin, the plurality of coil groups being connected in series or in parallel to allow the driving power to be applied to part or all of the coil groups, and a magnet adapted to be linearly reciprocated by a magnetic field produced by the coil groups depending on load current flowing through the coil groups. As a result of connecting the plurality of coil groups, which are formed of a plurality of coil conductors, in series or in parallel, the capacity of the coil groups is variable depending on the load of the motor, resulting in improved motor efficiency. Also, using the coil conductors having a small cross sectional area enables reduction in the size of the motor.

Dampening structure 22 is provided between the pump spacer structure 10 to dampen vibration generated by the fuel pump.

摘要: Connecting ports are respectively connected through joint plugs to inlet ports formed on the upper surface of an oil pump. The joint plugs have thin-walled cylindrical portions and circular flange portions formed at axially central positions of the respective cylindrical portions. The inlet ports are tapered in such a manner that the inner diameters of the inlet ports gradually increase toward opening ends thereof. One end portions of the joint plugs are preliminarily press-fitted with the inlet ports until the flange portions abut against the opening ends of the inlet ports, thereby achieving oil tightness. The other end portions of the joint plugs are oil-tightly connected through O-rings to the connecting ports.

摘要: A fuel delivery system for a combustion engine has a fuel tank which defines an access hole preferably communicating through either the top wall or bottom wall of the tank. An associated top or bottom flange, both having a fuel channel for flowing fuel out of the tank, sealably covers the access hole. A fuel pump module is located in the fuel chamber of the tank and has a universal, structural, pod which engages either the top or bottom flange while preferably maintaining an axial upright position. The pod defines an axially extending first bore for housing a fuel pump and preferably an electric pump motor and a second bore defined by a cylindrical inner face and spaced radially outward from the first chamber for housing a reversable filter cartridge of the module. The pod also has a fuel discharge nozzle which generally defines a counter bore that communicates axially with the second bore. Fuel flows into the pump through an inlet defined by the pod and pressurized fuel flows from the pump and into the second bore via a fuel passage preferably defined by the pod. The filter cartridge preferably has a filter element generally spaced from the pod within the second bore for filtration efficiency by a primary end retainer and an opposite secondary end retainer. The end retainers generally seal to the pod within the second bore thus flowing all of the pressurized fuel from the fuel passage and through the filter element before being discharged from the second bore as supply fuel and/or bypass fuel. Preferably, filtered fuel flows through the primary end retainer as system supply fuel to a combustion engine and the remaining filtered fuel flows through the secondary end retainer as bypass fuel back into the fuel tank chamber.

摘要: A fuel supply system has a cover, a pump unit, and metal pipes. The cover and the pump unit are connected through the use of the metal pipes so as to be moved relatively each other. A case cover, covering the pump unit, has supporting portions, each of which has a through hole. Each metal pipe is inserted through the through hole and thereby guided to be moved in its axial direction inside the supporting portion. The supporting portion has a plurality of grooves. Therefore, sliding resistance between the metal pipe and the supporting portion is reduced, that is, the pump unit can be smoothly moved relatively to the cover.

The device is characterized in that the front side of the housing is a hollow storage cylinder and a passage is provided to the housing, and a fan is mounted at the passage, and the fan is controlled by a controller based on the speed of rotation of the engine and the storage cylinder is mounted with a filter.
