    摘要: An apparatus according to the aspect of the embodiments includes a phase determiner configured to determine a rotational phase of a rotor, a speed determiner configured to determine a rotational speed of the rotor, a controller having a first control mode for controlling the motor by supplying constant currents to windings, and a discriminator configured to discriminate whether a rotation of the motor is abnormal based on the rotational speed when the rotational speed corresponding to a command speed is equal to or higher than a predetermined value in a state where the controller is controlling the motor in the first control mode. When a signal output from the discriminator indicates that the rotation of the motor is abnormal, the controller stops the motor. When the signal output from the discriminator indicates that the rotation is not abnormal, the controller continues a drive of the motor.

    摘要: A fault-tolerant power system architecture for aircraft electric propulsion. The fault-tolerant systems continue to operate in the event of the failure of (or one or more faults within) some component. The fault-tolerant design enables the system to continue its intended operation, possibly at a reduced level, rather than failing completely, when some part of the system fails. When a turn-to-turn fault in an AC motor is detected, a motor controller will short three top or three bottom switches in the inverter together (effectively shorting the associated stator windings) to divert fault current from the motor windings to the motor controller, where cooling is available. Also, when a fault in or at the input to a motor controller is detected, the motor controller cuts off power to the motor by issuing a command that causes an upstream contactor with high-voltage DC bus input to open.

The controller executes a protection control to protect the inverter when the induced voltage is greater than a first threshold while the electric motor is not being driven.

    摘要: An intelligent power module and a controller for an air conditioner are provided. For the intelligent power module, an adjust circuit is additionally provided between a respective drive circuit and a respective IGBT transistor. The adjust circuit detects a change in the voltage of a low voltage power supply of the intelligent power module in real time, and disables the output of the module when the voltage is detected to be too low due to fluctuation of the low voltage power supply. This operation releases the charge accumulated in the IGBT transistor, when energy storage of a drive motor causes charge accumulation of the IGBT transistor. The adjust circuit can continue releasing the charge when the low voltage power supply is restored to normal, to prevent the operating reliability of the module from being affected by the impact of the charge on internal circuits of the module.
