摘要: In an aspect, a computerized method for generating processed files of deposition testimony transcript designations may include accessing a file containing designations of contents of a textual transcript, quarantining errors in the designations, and generating a processed file containing processed designations of contents of the textual transcript having quarantined errors removed therefrom. In another aspect, a computerized method of generating designations for a deposition testimony transcript may include accessing designation information regarding designations made with respect to text of the deposition testimony transcript, accessing rules for generating designations based on the designation information, and generating the designations based on the rules. In a further aspect, a computerized method of updating designations for a deposition testimony transcript may include accessing an edited video clip list, accessing the designations for the deposition testimony transcript, comparing the edited video clip list to the designations, and updating the designations based on determined differences.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention provide the ability to track document versioning. Before executing an open operation on a first document version, a first before-hash is generated. After executing the open operation, a first after-hash is generated. Before executing a save operation, the first before-hash is acquired, and after execution (resulting in a second document version), a second after-hash of the second document version is generated. A version hash linked graph (VHLG) is generated and includes document nodes for the different document versions where each node includes a hash of that document version, a user-application node corresponding to the user or application that executed the operations, and edges connecting the nodes (e.g., that identify the operation and/or the document lineage) Based on the VHLG, a full history of a document is provided.

摘要: A facility for authoring a document is described. The facility receives first user input that identifies content to be included in the document. The identified content is in a first form. The facility also receives second user input that specifies a transformation operation to be performed on the identified content in order to transform the identified content from the first form into a second form. The facility applies the specified transformation operation to transform the identified content from the first form into the second form for display.

摘要: An information processing apparatus includes an editing reception unit and a providing unit. The editing reception unit provides to each user an editing screen on which at least one part of a document is displayed and receives from the user editing on the at least one part of the document displayed on the editing screen being provided to the user. The providing unit provides to the user information regarding editing currently being performed by a different user on a part of the document not displayed on the editing screen being provided to the user.

摘要: Linked content is identified in a first electronic message, the linked content corresponding to a portion of a source document. A second electronic message that is associated with the first electronic message is received and includes a version of the linked content. A user interface is generated that represents the second electronic message and includes a version selection user input mechanism that is actuatable to select the version of the linked content in the second electronic message. Based on user actuation of the version selection user input mechanism, the version of the linked content in the second electronic message is selected and automatically incorporated into the source document.
